Momoiro Ramen Reviews
Ordered one of each rice ball they had on the menu to take with me (pork, chicken, spam, fried shrimp, avocado)$4 each ($4.5 for the avocado) and convenient to take with me if I get hungry but don't want a whole meal. The flavors are fair for the price but don't expect anything extravagant since it's a quick type of comfort food. I recommend the shrimp out of all of them and see if you can get a sauce from Bulgogi that's in the same building if you feel like it needs sauce.
Oct 13, 2024 · Ana Rivadeneyra (Anfrari)I tried the Truffle Miso Ramen at Momoiro for $15, making a couple of substitutions: I swapped the ground chicken for tofu and the chicken broth for veggie broth. The dish came with mushrooms, scallions, sprouts, nori, truffle oil, and a seasoned egg.The meat is not halal, but there are vegetarian options. The flavors were good but not extraordinary. The miso base was smooth and rich, but I felt it lacked the depth I was expecting, especially with the truffle oil. The veggie broth was light and pleasant, but it didn’t have the richness I was hoping for. The tofu was a nice touch, but it could have been seasoned more to really stand out.Overall, the ramen was enjoyable, but I’ve definitely had better. The balance of flavors was nice, but it didn’t feel as bold or decadent as I’d hoped. Still, a solid, satisfying bowl if you’re in the mood for something lighter.
Feb 10, 2025 · Cassidy HOverall, the environment was clean. The service was subpar at best. I asked a question, and was just given one word answers. Felt hurried but whatever it’s the food that matters! However…The ramen was quite disappointing. Being at 15$ you would expect a decent bowl of ramen, it was bland. The broth just tasted like water and salt with canola oil. I also got there quite early during the day and the noodles felt and tasted old, reheated. I also got the shiitake buns again for being at the price of two for 10$ the flavor was bland. There’s no diversity of texture or flavor.
Feb 20, 2024 · LILEE ADelicious ramen in Marietta Square Market! You can tell they care about the food they serve and love the little details of everything - the menu and design are great! We ordered:-Tonkotsu Ramen - a classic creamy broth! The pork is super tender and tasty, the broth flavorful with lots of extras like fish cake, and the eggs were nice with a runny yolk! They gave us an extra egg cuz they noticed my wife and I were sharing. Yum!-Pork Belly Buns - these are my fav!! They’re hefty buns and I love that there are so many components that give each bite a nice combination of textures! The sauce is delicious and the pork belly is tender. I will definitely get this again.-Matcha Beignets - these are a creative take on a classic tasty dessert. They’re airy and chewy, and the matcha powder sugar isn’t too sweet and gives it a nice hint of matcha taste.I don’t frequent Marietta square as we live a bit further away, but will definitely try to come here whenever we’re in the area! There’s so much more to try on the menu!
Oct 04, 2021 · Joshua FuThe ramen was really good considering it was “fast food”. The beignets were crispy and fluffy, really good. The Pork and Duck Bao were delicious as well. Would definitely eat here again if in the area again.
