The Bellagio is a well-known landmark, making it easy to find and navigate to, regardless of where you're coming from in the valley. Access to the resort is convenient via various entry points, and ample valet and self-parking options are available, though it's always wise to factor in a little extra time for parking at a major resort. Despite its prominent location, Yellowtail's ambiance manages to feel both luxurious and intimate, providing a sophisticated escape right in the heart of the city's excitement. Its visibility and accessibility make it a desirable choice for any local looking for an upscale dining experience without the hassle of navigating obscure locations.

Unbeatable Bellagio Fountain Views: This is arguably Yellowtail's most iconic feature. Dining on the patio offers a front-row seat to the magnificent Bellagio Fountains show, transforming a meal into a sensory spectacle. This unique selling point elevates the entire dining experience to an unforgettable level.

Addictive Rock Shrimp with Spicy Chili Aïoli: Perfectly spicy and crispy, this dish is noted for being highly addictive, making it a popular choice among shared plates.
Flavorful Angry Yellowtail with Citrus: Even for those who typically dislike cilantro, this dish is lauded for its bright, bold flavors, demonstrating the chef's ability to create harmonious and surprising combinations.
Tender Filet Mignon Toban: Described as "tender flavor bombs in a garlicky mushroom jacuzzi," this dish offers a superb non-seafood option that maintains the high standard of the menu.
Exceptional Service: Customers consistently praise the top-tier, friendly, and attentive service, which significantly enhances the overall dining experience. Staff are noted for their genuine politeness and efficiency.
Elegant Ambiance: The restaurant's expansive space features elegant wood and stone décor, creating a vibrant yet refined atmosphere for a memorable evening.
Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge, as an upscale dining establishment, does not typically offer broad, recurring promotions or discount specials in the traditional sense. Its value proposition is built on providing a premium dining experience through high-quality ingredients, expert preparation, exceptional service, and an unparalleled ambiance.
However, there are specific offerings that could be considered a form of special experience:
Patio Seating Minimum Spend: For those seeking the iconic Bellagio Fountain view, booking a table on the patio often comes with a minimum spend per person (e.g., around $175 per person for food and beverage, though this can vary and should be confirmed upon booking). While not a discount, it's a specific condition for accessing a highly desirable feature.
Omakase Tasting Menu: The multi-course Omakase menu, curated by Chef Akira Back, is a structured offering (e.g., around $180 per person, plus an option for sake pairing at an additional cost) that provides a comprehensive culinary journey. This is a special, immersive experience rather than a promotional discount.
Seasonal Prix Fixe Menus: Occasionally, Yellowtail may offer seasonal prix fixe menus, such as a "Summer Prix Fixe Menu" (e.g., starting at $85 per person), which provides a curated selection of dishes at a set price. These menus allow diners to experience a taste of Yellowtail's offerings without committing to the full omakase, and are often promoted seasonally on the Bellagio website or through booking platforms.
It is always recommended to check the Bellagio's official website or contact Yellowtail directly for the most current information on any specific offers or minimum spend requirements, especially for patio seating or holiday periods.

Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge Reviews
Booked a reservation on their patio area for my husband's birthday. I think there is a limit on how much you have to spend per person when booking the patio seating. The food are very good, especially their nigiri. We also love the drinks, but the best was the view of the bellagio fountain table side.
May 23, 2025 · Glaiza DeYellowtail at the Bellagio isn’t just a meal, it’s a full-blown edible affair that’ll leave you emotionally attached to raw fish. The Toro Sashimi was hands down my favorite. It was melt-in-your-mouth buttery and perfectly sliced. It should’ve come with its own disclaimer: may cause sudden bouts of inappropriate noises at the dinner table. The Akira Back Tuna Pizza lived up to the hype. It was crispy, truffle-y, and had enough sass to convince me that pizza and sushi were a power couple all along. I wasn’t ready. The Broiled Atlantic Black Cod was rich, and bathed in a miso glaze with a hint of yuzu sake foam that added a touch of brightness.Rock Shrimp with spicy chili aïoli: perfectly spicy, crispy, and highly addictive.Angry Yellowtail with citrus and micro cilantro: bright, flavorful, and I don’t even like cilantro.Filet Mignon Toban: tender flavor bombs in a garlicky mushroom jacuzzi.Mile High Roll: stacked and packed with tempura and sashimi.Baked Crab Handroll: wrapped in soy paper and packed with flavor. We wrapped it all up with Apple Harumaki and an assortment of sorbet, a fresh and sweet end to an unforgettable meal. But honestly? I barely made it. I made the tragic mistake of wearing a dress with zero stretch, so by dessert I was rethinking every life decision—except coming to Yellowtail. That was the only one I got right. If you’re looking for a standout dining experience on the Strip, Yellowtail at the Bellagio delivers with bold flavor, top-tier service, and that unbeatable fountain-side view. 10 out of 10 would do it all again, next time with a better dress fabric strategy.
Apr 23, 2025 · Daffodil FloresGreat Anniversary dinner at the Yellowtail, The Tuna tataki was so fresh and yummy! Our waitress helped us pick an upscale cold Sake and it was dry and smooth, She was great, Very attentive. We also got the Protien Roll which was cool because it had no rice, I liked the flavor but did not love the texture. My husband enjoyed it a lot! We also got the yellowtail and scallion roll, very tasty, small sushi bites but they hit the spot. And we finished with yellowtail Shasmi, which had 3 large pieces of fresh yellowtail. Great romantic dinner overlooking the fountains. Highly Recommend. One note, the restaurant is very loud, we got lucky and had a table tucked away in the corner.
May 21, 2025 · Christy GatchellService was fantastic. Waitress was knowledgeable, quick, and attentive. Atmosphere is upscale but relaxed. The food is way overpriced for what you get. I paid $75 for what you see pictured. Sushi is my absolute favorite and I eat it several times a week. I was on the strip for 3 days and tried 4 different places. This place is subpar by far. I would go with bottom 5 places I have ever eaten on a value scale. The rolls are miniature and they certainly aren’t anything to write home about. They are comparable to super market rolls, only supermarket provides more value. I expected more from the Bellagio, but it’s obvious, this one is all about profit over dining experience.
Apr 28, 2025 · Chris TuckerWe enjoyed the Yellow Tail Roll and Added avocado on top which doesn’t come with it. The sushi pizza is good and has truffle oil on it. Overall the food was amazing and service was great. The food comes out quick. Veggie Fried rice was not on menu but when asked they made it for us. You have the option to sit outside and have a closeup view of the Bellagio fountain show. Perfect for impressing a date.
