Edit and update:Eddie is amazing!! He’s seen me 3 times here now. Always friendly and his memory of guests is fascinating! The sashimi’s so very fresh! The filet hibachi meal is excellent quality. Please continue to support this local place!This is a little known jewel me due to location I believe. The peppered Ahi is fantastic!! It’s hard to find these days, especially in Midlothian. The hibachi steak is delicious. (Lunch) most major steakhouses can’t get a perfect medium rare but they nailed it! Service is great and friendly! Don’t forget about this place if you’re looking for sushi, sashimi, and kitchen made hibachi. They are not a full hibachi show. I think it’s better this way though. The focus is on the food!

Honestly… hands down the worst service we’ve ever had and extremely disappointing for the price of the food. Anyway, we learned our lesson and will never go back. It was our first time eating there. Our waitress was Kora was extremely rude. While asking about her order, she looked down and mumbled- could barely understand anything she said. I asked her to repeat, she rolled her eyes and repeated with an irritated look/attitude.Typically hibachi places take the shirttails off the shrimp however, our hibachi shrimp still had tails.Not once did our waitress come to check on the table or ask if the food was okay or we would like any refills we sat with empty glasses during our entire meal.The guy waiter next to us made multiple visits to check on his table.We do not dine out often being a family of four and definitely upset that we wasted our money eating here.My recommendation would be go to hibachio or panda express because you’ll get better service and more for your money.

I don’t know your special was Bluefin Otoro yet it had no marbling at all, and was rather stringy hard to chew the same with the Hamachi. The fish quality is definitely not there would not revisit as the prices are common for a sushi place, but the quality is much lower.
