Aji Ten is a hidden gem in Canton! I had sushi here, and it was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The quality of the fish was top-notch, and every bite was a delight. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. Whether you're a sushi lover or just exploring Japanese cuisine, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

This is easily the worst Japanese restaurant I have been to. I have worked in 40 countries and have never encountered anything like this. The Takoyaki was like left over donut batter, the Katsu was wattery, the salmon was gummy and my favorite Japanese dish (Japanese Curry) tasted like American beef stew. I do not reccomend.

This place was excellent, the staff was exceptionally kind and very patient with us as it took a long time to order. Well go into more detail with the food but first and foremost this place truly felt like you were invited into someone's home in Japan, the ingredients all tasted fresh, like they had just been picked up from the store before making dinner. I cannot emphasize enough on how homey and comforting the food was. We ordered several dishes; Croquettes, Dynamite shrimp, Gyoza, Miso soup, Unagi nigiri, and Fried chicken (karage) all tasted very good. The croquettes were large, and filled generously with potato, veggies, and some meat that gave it almost a smokey flavor. This order comes with two but they are large enough to share if you chose to. The fried chicken was nicely cooked with a great crunch and came with some kewpie mayo as dipping. The dynamite shrimp was flavorful with a mix of a strong shrimp taste thats a slight bit spicy, though some of the pieces were just a tad bit too smothered, however the dough retained a good chew that wasnt soggy and part crunchy too. The gyoza had generous filling and a lovely chew to the dough, like everything else it tasted incredibly fresh and homemade. The miso soup was very refreshing and the unagi nigiri had a large serving that was delicious as well. We highly recommend anyone who's looking for a "family diner in japan" vibe to stop in here and give them a chance, they were fantastic.

The food was great, the service was good, the price is also decent, but the seating space is very small. I’m a very small person but the space is just so tiny, there’s not enough room to put my feet comfortably without people who’s sitting in front of me kicking my feet accidentally.
