I ordered take-out and I was very impressed. The toro was so beautiful, I had to take a photo. The marbling was amazing and it was like smooth magic in my mouth. One reviewer said the sashimi portions were larger compared to other restaurants, and they were right. I had the best red snapper sashimi and the baby red snapper was melt-in-your mouth delish. I also had the black snapper sashimi which paired well with wasabi because of the smoky flavor. I am so glad there is a great sushi place near Highlands Ranch.

The ambiance was relaxed and conducive to conversation.The sushi was of the highest quality, being both fresh and delectable. I particularly enjoyed the California roll, which perfectly catered to my preferences. The restaurant’s interior was relatively quiet, allowing us to engage in a pleasant conversation.An added bonus was the picturesque view of the foothills from a secluded corner of the restaurant. If you find yourself in the area and seeking a sushi experience, this establishment is highly recommended.

Every time we come here, it feels like home. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is consistently on point. I enjoy exploring unique dishes, and the Shiso Scallop appetizer was absolutely delicious. The salmon skin hand roll was generously stuffed with salmon and is easily one of the best I've ever had.We've also tried their foie gras that's on special a few times, and it's always juicy and flavorful-an absolute treat. The fish is incredibly fresh, which is the main reason we keep coming back.For a top-level experience, we always opt for the sushi bar, where everything feels more personal and interactive. This restaurant has truly become one of our favorites!
