Sister Concept to Omakase Restaurant ITO: This is a significant highlight. BAR ITO is directly related to the highly acclaimed, upscale omakase restaurant ITO in NYC and Las Vegas. This connection signifies a commitment to "high quality ingredients" and sushi essentials, bringing a taste of fine dining to a more casual setting.
Exceptional Freshness and Flavor: Customers consistently laud the "fresh and flavorful" fish and ingredients. This focus on quality ensures that even the simplest bites are delicious and satisfying. The praise for the "taste" of the sushi, even in a quick-service format, is a testament to their standards.
Unique Citrus-Infused Rice: One reviewer specifically noted that the "rice has a bit of citrus flavor which has great harmony with the fish." This subtle yet impactful detail elevates the standard sushi rice and adds a refreshing element to the dishes, showcasing attention to culinary detail.
Fabulous Presentation: Despite being a "food court quick bite," the presentation of the dishes is described as "fabulous." This commitment to visual appeal enhances the dining experience and reflects the quality of the food.
Premium Ingredients in a Casual Setting: The availability of options like Wagyu beef in their bowls, along with premium fish, allows diners to experience high-end ingredients without the formal setting or higher price point of a full omakase meal. This makes luxury more accessible.
Efficient and Friendly Service: The positive comments about "quick and efficient" service and "friendly" staff ensure a pleasant and hassle-free ordering and dining experience, which is particularly valuable in a busy environment.
Convenient Fontainebleau Location: Being situated within the luxurious Promenade Food Hall at Fontainebleau provides a sophisticated and clean environment, allowing diners to enjoy high-quality Japanese food in a comfortable setting on the Strip.
As a concept within a major resort like Fontainebleau Las Vegas, BAR ITO's specific promotions may vary and often align with broader resort incentives. However, its pricing structure for hand rolls already offers a form of "special offer" for locals and visitors seeking quality at a reasonable price point for its caliber:
Bundle Deals on Hand Rolls: BAR ITO consistently offers bundle pricing for its hand rolls, such as "3 Rolls for $33" and "5 Rolls for $50." This structure provides a clear value proposition, allowing diners to sample multiple fresh and premium hand rolls at a more economical rate than purchasing them individually, which is a great incentive for sharing or a more substantial meal.
Fontainebleau Rewards Program: Being part of Fontainebleau, BAR ITO may be included in the resort's Fontainebleau Rewards program. Locals who sign up for this program could potentially earn points on their purchases or receive special dining credits and offers that might be applicable at BAR ITO. It's always advisable to check the Fontainebleau Las Vegas website or inquire at guest services for details on their loyalty program benefits.
Promenade Food Hall Specifics: Occasionally, the Promenade Food Hall itself might run promotions or special events that involve its vendors. Keeping an eye on Fontainebleau's official dining and events pages could reveal such opportunities.
Gift Cards: While not a direct promotion, Fontainebleau Las Vegas typically offers gift cards that can be used across its dining establishments, including BAR ITO. These can be a convenient way to manage dining budgets or share the experience with others.
For the most current information on any ongoing promotions or special offers, it is always recommended to check the official Fontainebleau Las Vegas website for BAR ITO, or inquire directly at the counter during your visit.

BAR ITO Reviews
Too good to be a food court quick bite. The fish and ingredients are fresh and flavorful. Rice has a bit of citrus flavor which has great harmony with the fish. The presentation was fabulous. These are small size rice bowls and bites and still, the price is reasonable considering its location
Feb 16, 2025 · Rachel SLocated conveniently in the food court, BAR ITO offers decent sushi but falls short in value for money. While the sushi is fresh and flavorful, the portions are quite small for the price, leaving you wanting more. On the positive side, the service is quick and the staff is friendly, which makes the experience pleasant despite the high cost. If you’re in a hurry and don’t mind paying a bit extra, it’s worth a try, but don’t expect a filling meal.
Jan 05, 2025 · Kevin AoJapanese food served from a counter inside the Fontainebleau food court. Ordering process via the QR code was quick and easy, but the portions are very small. The wagyu beef bowl was $22! Food was a bit on the sour side and not a lot of flavor.
Dec 22, 2024 · Wei-Ai TaiThis is a review for Ito Omakase on the 89th floor. Google map doesn’t have it located yet.Gorgeous restaurant with spectacular views. Unfortunately the positives ends there….its $400 omakase and either a $200 or $400 sake paring. I did the $200.You have 3 chefs, one Japanese, one Korean, and one “american” born Asian. It seems like they want to be able to converse with the Vegas high-rollers more than focusing on the craft of sushi making. These 3 chefs are very chatty and not always professional in the way they spoke. The server I had was very friendly but again, just not refined like other top notched restaurants of this level.Sushi sashimi and apps are all ok, nothing memorable. For these prices it’s not worth the visit.
Sep 28, 2024 · Jason ChangIt was a quick and nice lunch for me.First of all the portion was small you guys! If you did not eat a lot one bowl should be enough but if you love heavy lunch like me you got to order 2! To fill you up.I had a bowl of salmon+Ikura.I love it and it was fresh and perfectly balance and seasoning. My second bowl was wagyu! I love it! It becomes my favorite! And can’t wait to go back and get more!Service was great! You ordered at the counter or you can scan QR code on the table and order online as well. The vibe is pretty much like high end food court basically. Will I go back? Absolutely!
