Benihana Reviews
We had an overall good experience.I ordered vegetables with my rice. Although i got a lot of mushrooms and onions, I got 1 of the 4-5 slithers of zucchini that was prepared on the grill. It was my son's birthday, the cook acknowledged the occasion several times. We didn't get the song and drums like others i saw, and he didn't get his ice cream that the waitress mentioned he would. Besides all of that, the food was good.
May 23, 2025 · Red Da'BossI always have a great experience coming here. The chefs are fun and friendly and the food is always great. On this day, I had my own private chef preparing food just for me. I needed this pick me up in my life. I was given the royal treatment.
Feb 14, 2025 · Tamara JordanThe BEST part of this was definitely my children!!! They had a great time and enjoyed the show. So we were there for my husbands birthday, my birthday and Valentines. My perspective was a little different. I’ve worked in hospitality and for a very long time. People should still be aware of the term secret shoppers. Especially with apps like these in the world now! My favorite boss used to say “Every Guest Every Time”!!!! This means you give EVERYONE 5star service every time you take care of your Guests. That being said we were a party of 6 who were seated with 2 extra people. One of them requested a certain chef stating that this chef was the BEST! Well for them he was. Starting with the rice I ordered was shrimp rice with NO veggies. He cooked the shrimp and chicken then prepared the 2 ladies rice with veggies. Not only did I end up with some veggies in the rice but onions leave a taste that I didn’t want combined with the flavor of my other food. Not to mention that my husband, mother-in-law and brother-in-law HATE onions. Probably should have cooked that in the other order Chef Will that was a rookie mistake! Did I mention I’ve worked at an Ichiban in Canton before? Oh I didn’t tell you that Chef Will, I just let you do your thing. So then he gave my shrimp away to the other lady. Why didn’t I say something? Well our server wasn’t really on her game either or else I would’ve. So to not ruin everyone else’s time I didn’t say anything. Then he overcooked our lobster because he was busy making sure these ladies were taken care of. Now this isn’t the fault of these ladies they were just there to eat too. So Chef Will you’re not as great as you think. Also I’m a bit heavier then most, I’ve had some health issues since Cancer and menopause there was no need to make sure I had an ample amount of zucchini I’m losing weight all on my own but thank you for looking out.Next to the server you should learn about the 2/3 rule on refills. First refill you automatically bring when you guest has a glass that has 1/3 left in it.The sushi was OUTSTANDING!!! Good soup. The ice cream and sherbet were good too. I’ve never had green tea ice cream and I recommend trying it. The chocolate was the best. Great sherbet!!!
Feb 05, 2025 · Kelly MurphyThe food was bland, yet took so long that by the time you had your entire meal, it was all cold. The waitress was fine, though she took 20 minutes to get to the table, but everything else was so bad I could never see myself going back. My wife went to the restroom and found the entire floor absolutely covered in trash, toilet paper, paper towel, pads, and tampon wrappers just covering every surface of the floor. The entire place reeked of weed, which normally whatever who cares but it got to the point we were wondering if people had to be high to eat there, maybe that's why we didn't like it. I would not go back. the chef seemed to have no clue what he was doing, and the food wasn't worth the wait. They did very well working around allergies though.
Nov 14, 2024 · Justin OrtylService that we got while here was nice but this has to be the filthiest restaurant I’ve ever stepped foot in. From the dining rooms to the bathrooms I was truly disgusted. Trash overfilling, toilet paper rolls just loose and on the floor in the bathroom. There clearly a lack of care from the management team
