Josue was an incredible chef that reminded me why Benihana is an amazing experience. Funny, entertaining, and most importantly, one heck of a chef!! Literally the best food I’ve had coming to various Benihanas! 100% will request him in the future - I recommend you do too. I’m literally writing this from the table after cleaning my plate because there’s nothing left for me to do but shout Josue’s praise. Best Benihana I’ve had, without a doubt.

Monica is the best. She gave us extraordinary service. Very attentive and proactive. Brought extra napkins before we asked. Kept our table clean. Jorge was an excellent chef. He was entertaining and took really great care of us. I've visited many Benihanas in the US, London, Hawaii, Thailand, etc. I know a great location when I see one. Anaheim is highly recommended. Will be back again as I have before and will keep bringing friends. 😎

Chef KP was phenomenal and he made the evening fun and lively - I would’ve give five stars, but the understaffed, overbooked atmosphere in the restaurant was unacceptable. We waited 30 minutes for our table and then another 60 minutes for the food portion to begin. The staff was unerringly polite, attentive and kind, but there simply weren’t enough people working to manage the overflow of patrons. I took my mom and her sister and we had a great time regardless, just be prepared for a long wait.

My husband and I decided to go to Benihana’s because I hadn’t used my Birthday certificate from your Benihana’s establishment yet. Well unfortunately it was not redeemable on weekends 🙄. What if your birthday is on a Friday, Saturday m, or Sunday 🤷🏽‍♀️ oh well. We still stayed and ordered something amazing off the menu. The presentation from the Chef 👨🏽‍🍳 was amazingly spectacular and the food was delicious 😋 So even though I didn’t get to use the $30 certificate from Benihana’s we still had a good evening.
