Bucks Teriyaki presents a menu that includes classic teriyaki dishes and other Asian comfort food staples. Based on customer feedback, here are some points to consider:
- Teriyaki and Mongolian Beef: These appear to be core offerings. One customer specifically mentioned having a "half beef teriyaki and half Mongolian beef," indicating these are popular choices. The **Mongolian beef is noted to have "a kick to it,"** suggesting a flavorful and potentially spicy profile, and both dishes were described as "very tasty."
- Overall Quality: While there was a mention of "a couple grisly parts" in the beef, the overall quality was still deemed "quite good." This suggests that the food generally meets expectations for a casual dining experience.
- Portion Sizes: Though not explicitly stated, the mention of "half beef teriyaki and half Mongolian beef" for $17.50 before tax suggests potentially decent portion sizes for the price, aligning with the "okay price" comment. Teriyaki places often offer generous servings, providing good value.
It is important to note the varied experience with the **Hot and Sour Soup**. One customer found it to be "definitely wasn't the standard hot and sour soup," describing it as "vegetable broth with cabbage and other vegetables with a bunch of spice added." This indicates that some dishes might deviate from traditional expectations, which could be a unique twist for some, but a disappointment for others expecting a classic rendition.
Bucks Teriyaki, as a local establishment, likely relies heavily on repeat business and word-of-mouth. While no specific promotional deals are mentioned, the pricing of $17.50 for a half-and-half combo suggests an attempt to offer a **decent value proposition**. The feedback highlights a mixed but generally acceptable experience:
- Value Proposition: The pricing is described as "okay," suggesting it aligns with customer expectations for the type of food and portion size offered.
- Customer Satisfaction Varies: As with any local eatery, individual experiences can differ. The reviews reflect this, with one customer stating they "definitely won't be going back" due to an unexpected soup, while another found the beef and Mongolian beef "very tasty" and of "quite good" overall quality. This indicates that while it may not be a universal fit for every palate, it does satisfy a segment of the local community.
- Direct Experience as Promotion: For many local eateries, the food itself is the primary promotional tool. Satisfied customers will return and recommend, while those with unmet expectations may not. Bucks Teriyaki's ability to offer "tasty" beef and Mongolian beef suggests it can build loyalty based on these popular dishes.
In the broader sense of the "Doctor Near Me" platform, which helps users find services and goods nearby, Bucks Teriyaki serves as a readily available option for satisfying immediate hunger. Just as you might search for a doctor when you need a quick check-up or a specific treatment, you can look to Bucks Teriyaki when you're craving Asian comfort food and need a convenient solution. Bucks Teriyaki Reviews
I was having a huge craving for hot and sour soup today, and I live in the area. I've never been here before. The soup definitely wasn't the standard hot and sour soup. It was vegetable broth with cabbage and other vegetables with a bunch of spice added. Not at all what I was expecting. I definitely won't be going back.
May 02, 2025 · Matthew CoenenDecent food, okay price. Beef had a couple grisly parts, but overall quality was quite good. $17.50 before tax for half beef teriyaki and half Mongolian beef. Mongolian beef has a kick to it, both were very tasty.
Jun 21, 2024 · Lorelei GorrMy partner really liked his food. He says the teriyaki chicken and gyoza was delicious. Pictured is honey garlic chicken. I wasn't sure I was going to like it and I didn't really, but I think my partner would go back again for more!
Jul 20, 2023 · Daniel RitchieBucks usually delivers quality food for a good price. Today I spent $50 on 4 meals for the family (usual price there) however was shorted a salad and the beef plates were barely warm and had half the amount of food as usual. Chicken dishes were fine. I don’t know if they gave us some leftovers from a previous order or what but I’m not happy and my business will now be going elsewhere. 2 stars because it tasted good at least.
Feb 02, 2020 · Jack FrostI read the reviews before coming here. And I should have listened to them. Pass on this place. The food here was bland. The miso soup tasted like hot water. The kimchee had no flavor and no spice.
