Overall good! We went for dinner on a Saturday and the place filled up FAST. We used the QR code website to order AYCE, which I think helped us get 3 big orders in less than an hour.The miso soup took a while to come out, though we ordered it first and saw multiple batches being delivered to other tables with robots. Also, drink refills were a bit slow since we didn't see our server often; probably 5 different people brought our food and cleared plates. A gentleman who delivered one of the big plates of sushi (perhaps the owner/manager?) encouraged us to order more food, which was nice. Even with the time limit, we didn't feel rushed. The first plate with the nigiri had no wasabi, which while pretty for plating, I had to grab a random server to get some wasabi. The spam musubi was much larger than I was expecting, but that was probably my bad. The entree "samplers" however seemed like full sized dishes! One in our party couldn't finish the large amount of rice leftover and we weren't charged. Basically, until they get their portions sorted out, I wouldn't worry TOO much about being charged for waste/leftovers... Just eat what you can and don't order more until your current order arrives.Please make the entree samplers smaller? 🙏🏼 Also, please add a mixed tuna roll with wasabi sauce or at least not yuzu sauce? I found the citrus flavor of the yuzu overwhelmed the rest of the roll.Overall, the quality of the food varied pretty heavily from item to item, but the restaurant was very busy, we ordered a lot, and the place is still new. I think there were at least 4 people making sushi rolls at top speed the whole time we were there. I really enjoyed the appetizer and dessert options and plan to go back to try a bunch of the entrees once/if they're smaller.I really liked the look and atmosphere of the place, even if some of the hangings of writing are backwards or some of the crane panels are upside down. Most people won't notice or be able to tell, though.I look forward to visiting again, just maybe on a weekday next time.

All You Can Eat (AYCE) sushi at Chubby Ninja in Middletown. $22 for lunch and $32 for dinner. Weekend is all day dinner. Everything was delicious! They also have kitchen menu so it's not a buffet. They give us 120 mins to eat for AYCE. We ordered through our phone and once we placed the first order, we have to wait for 10 minutes to submit another order. But you can submit multiple items at once. I thought with that price, the sushi would come smaller, so I ordered a bunch of sushi rolls. I didn't realized that each sushi came with 8 rolls 😳 HUGE portion. For sushi lovers, you should come here!

Yet another great experience at The Chubby Ninja! Seriously if you haven't gone here yet and love Asian food, you should go! Everything was delicious, the atmosphere is incredible, the service is fast, the staff are super friendly! Go eat here, you won't be disappointed! 😋🤤

Some of the freshest sushi in town. The chefs make everything look beautiful almost do not want to touch it but when you do dive in the dishes are bursting with flavors and freshness. Must try all their rolls. The raw sushi melts in your mouth and very pleasing.

Ayce (All you can eat) menu is incredibly limited and poor quality. Nothing tasted that great besides the egg rolls so I ordered two rounds of them and the second round was burnt. Had to wait ten minutes for a fork(which I had to keep reminding the server) so by then my food was cold. Was worried they were gonna charge me for not eating it, luckily they didn’t. So many typos on the ayce menu. All in all much better places to eat in Louisville. Stomach actually started hurting later in the day. Will not be returning.
