I ordered over the phone for take-out and the guy taking orders was super kind and helpful. Great energy and they ended up making my order in about ten mins. When I arrived, there was no line and everything was clean and smelled good. Everything about Cucumber Sushi is lit, except my salmon was a little pale not super orange and was a little mushy. The volcano roll was crispy and the best thing I ordered for sure. Three star sushi spot because the food wasn't crazy high priced and the quality is a good match.

Rolls look good, but the taste is awful. The consistence of almost everything raises questions. Fish, rice, even avocado have weird consistence, I would compare to puree, and taste like nothing.
