All of the staff were busy and in good spirits, preparing food, answering the phone, cleaning, etc. It’s always a good sign to see a steady flow of customers and busy staff.I ordered the soft shell crab, calamari steak dinner (Includes a salad and miso soup, gyoza dumplings, California roll) and a sushi roll called the “ex-girlfriend.” Amongst the common sushi rolls they have their house specialties, some with fun names like “hot lips”, “heart attack”, “sin city.”Everything tasted fresh, prepared perfectly and delicious! The soft shell crab is served whole and the calamari steak was tasty and tender. Personally, I’d change the name of my sushi from “ex girlfriend” to “mistress” it’s that good 😋Andrew took care of me and is very nice and professional. I believe Eunice is an owner/manager. She made sure I had enough condiments and threw in a little surprise edamame. I’m looking forward to trying their other menu items.
