Friends Ramen Reviews
Just got into the city late last night and needed a place close by eat. Excellent ramen! The food was fresh and had a great flavor. Service was awesome and the restaurant was adorable. Highly recommend!
Apr 26, 2025 · Diana FournierFirst time here and got sitted right away. Small dining area but has a great atmosphere. The server was great and service was quick. I picked up the karaaga chicken that was a little dry but the sauce helped alot. I grabbed the pork Belly buns that blow me away. They were tender and the sweet sauce brought everything together nicely. Finally, I got the On The Go ramen. It was okay. It hit the spot. Just wish there was more flavor in the broth. Will definitely come back and try their other ramen.
Dec 24, 2024 · Peter JewusiakWe loved our ramens so much it was our favorite food of our trip. We got 2 different buns that were delicious. Love the coziness. We will be back next trip.
Apr 20, 2025 · Cori CowdenGreat experience - had the Spicy Miso Ramen, Karaage Chicken Ramen, Guy Don Rice Bowl, Chicken Potstickers, and Green Tea Tiramisu. All were outstanding. Service was FAST so you may want to pace ordering.
Dec 22, 2024 · Mark HilgerI love the name of this place, I think it’s cute. So is the inside of this restaurant because it’s small and cozy. Might feel too tight of a space for those who are claustrophobic. Nonetheless, I ordered the Shrimp Shumai as an appetizer which was super delicious! And I ordered the Spicy Shrimp Ramen (without the spice because I was scared of ordering spicy ramen due to negative past experience) but realized I should have left the spice on there. Maybe I will next time. But could there be anything better than eating a bowl of hot Ramen on a cold Chicago night? It’s difficult to beat that for a foodie. You can give this place a try.
