Nice time for my sister's birthday. The guy bartending was very personable. He made her a special drink. I never eat hibachi tho, only sushi stuff. The drum playing and song was neat. Sushi was very fresh and good. Seaweed salad was off the chain!

I first visited this restaurant in Oct 2024 for my nephew's birthday dinner. It was so very nice. So when I was thinking of places to go for my birthday - I couldn't get this place out of my mind.It's VERY popular and often VERY crowded. But they take good care to let you know how long your wait will be and provide a vibrating pager to let you know it's your time to be seated.The service is excellent and they get the orders right 98% of the time!This place is top notch! I'm already planning my next visit.I love the decor, the food, the customers service, the space (quite roomy) and of course the bang for your buck!

I have been going to Fuji since they have been open. Tonight I ordered a to go order and there was hair in my food. I called Fuji and they wanted me to drive all the way back to see the hair in my food, instead of refunding my money. This is a terrible practice and I will never support this establishment again. There was no apology. This is very poor customer service. I hope it was worth losing a loyal customer. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Make sure you check your food while you are eating it. Very sad and disappointing.

I recently visited Fuji for a team lunch with my coworkers, and it was an experience worth sharing. Having heard great things about this place, I was eager to check it out.First off, they handled our large group of ten with ease, which was impressive. We were seated around a hibachi grill, setting the stage for a fun and interactive meal.The chef not only dazzled us with his cooking skills but also kept us entertained with his friendliness and culinary skills. It was a fantastic start to our meal.To begin, I had the miso soup and an appetizer called "A Bite of Tuna." This dish featured a mix of mango, cucumber, and pepper tuna sushi. While it might sound like an odd combination, it was incredibly delicious. The sweetness of the mango added a unique twist to the sushi that I had never experienced before.For my main course, I chose the steak and chicken combination entrée from the hibachi grill, paired with fried rice and noodles. The steak was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender, while the chicken was equally delicious and complemented perfectly by the yum yum sauce.Overall, Fuji provided a fantastic dining experience. The food was amazing, the chef's performance was a highlight, and the ability to accommodate our large group was much appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back soon, and I highly recommend Fuji for anyone looking for a fun and delicious lunch spot.
