We have been enjoying Fuji Sushi in Rosemount for years now. All of the ingredients are amazingly fresh and provide for an amazing taste and dining experience. Everything is prepared professionally, quickly, and with care and a smile. There is a small eat-in area. Everything is plated and packaged so perfectly, it is very convenient to pick up and enjoy at home. Rated one of the top sushi experiences in the Twin Cities with a reasonable price as well. If you want a family-owned community restaurant that really cares about its customers, try Fuji Sushi Rosemount for yourself.

Fuji Sushi in Rosemount, Minnesota, is an absolute gem! My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed. We ordered the Dynamite Roll, Out of Control Roll, and Gyoza, and every bite was phenomenal.The Dynamite Roll was an explosion of flavors—perfectly spicy and incredibly fresh. The Out of Control Roll was a delightful combination of textures and tastes, showcasing the chef’s creativity and skill. The Gyoza were cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and a savory filling that made for a perfect starter.If you’re in the area and craving sushi, Fuji Sushi is the place to go. I can’t wait to return and try more of their delicious offerings! Highly recommended!
