I have came to this location a few times! Never had an issue until this particular time was not the best I ordered take out and when I made it home and plated my family food my California rolls fell apart and my fire cracker rolls shrimps was over cook. The fiber was dry. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with the manager instead of him understanding my issue he tells me to bring the food back after I have drove 35mins to the location. (Not happening) I suggested to him since I come there is it okay next time my meal is free of charge courtesy of the issue he said no I can refund you $30. Wait I just paid $78 and your refund is nowhere near half of my order. I then explain to him this is unacceptable and I can’t believe that was his best option for a consistent customer. So please check your food before leaving this restaurant hate for this to happen to you after you get home.with a hungry family that couldn’t enjoy their meal like the previous times.

I went here with a friend 02-22-2024 and it was excellent. We had the Yummy rolls, mango and tuna rolls yellow tail , mushroom soup and more. Everything was good.The atmosphere was very pleasant and the service was friendlyThis is a great place to take someone.

This restaurant was amazing, quick friendly and FAST service. The atmosphere was very pleasant and comfortable, I enjoyed the ambiance. The Ramen was very good and hot, the sushi was very well made, the tea and sake was AWESOME. The calamari was cooked just right! Price was great at 100$ for everything we ate ! Will be returning. !

Customer service was trash and they acted as if I was a bother while asking questions. I grabbed a menu to look for what I may want. Then when I had questions, the girl just shrugged. I asked for a paper menu; I had planned on giving it to my mother. She then just points to the used tapped ones on the counter! Tf, excuse me?!? When I asked if they had a paper menu she proceeded to point to the one that was tapped to the counter. As I was paying my toddler was repeatedly saying "hi" to all 3 individuals behind the counter. Their rude butts just sat there as if they did not have any manners and did not even bother saying hello back. I flat out told my toddler to stop saying "hello" bc they're ignoring you like they have no manners. To make matters worse, after paying, I see that they DID in fact have paper menus and I pointed that out to the woman. Then she decided to hand me one.

Absolutely wonderful! The service is unbeatable, and the food is divine! I highly recommend this establishment as a definite must when in the area.
