Fuku Sushi was amazing! Super friendly staff the menu listed allergens which made it really easy to see what was safe to eat, which I appreciated. The rolls were fresh and delicious, but pricey. I’ll definitely be back!

The absolute best. Ikura is tough to find in a landlocked state and even then, good ikura is even more tough. Theirs was excellent, almost even sweet with freshness. They were also wonderful to my toddler and even gave her a Sponge Bob utensil set to bring home. Couldn't have been kinder and the food was great, which means we'll definitely be back and will be bringing people with, to spread the word. Thank you guys so much!

I thought I'd pop in for lunch to try out the restaurant under new ownership. Surprisingly I was the only person in there at 11 am. It was really good. The lunch sushi roll special gives you alot for the money. With the soup salad and two sides I have more than enough for dinner. I'll definitely be back.

Recently, new management took over this establishment and renamed it Fuku Sushi, and we were not disappointed.My wife and I started with the shrimp siu mai and then ordered the Vegas Roll, which she usually chooses whenever we visit a sushi restaurant. She said it was the best she has ever had.I got the Chasu Ramen, and the Chasu pork was incredibly tender—litterally melted in my mouth.The environment was clean and cozy. Keep up the great work, Fuku! We will definitely be returning soon!

WOW! This is one of the best sushi restaurants I have been to. We had two special rolls - the Las Vegas Roll and the Avalanche Roll. Both were delicious. This is the third time we've dined there and will definitely be back. Lindi, the hostess is super friendly and provides excellent service. The sushi is prepared fresh to order and when you eat in, it looks like a piece of art. I highly recommend this restaurant. Consistently good food! Also, prices are reasonable and there are coupons you can use too.
