Ginza Japanese Restaurant specializes in providing a delightful dining experience with a focus on value and freshness. Their primary offering, which has garnered immense praise, is their "all-you-can-eat" sushi.
- All-You-Can-Eat Sushi: This is the cornerstone of the Ginza experience. For a set price, diners can enjoy an unlimited selection of sushi rolls. What sets Ginza apart is the quality and speed of service within this model. Customers consistently rave about the rolls being "big and packed with fillings," ensuring you get more than just rice. The speed at which dishes are prepared and served, even in an all-you-can-eat setting, is frequently highlighted as exceptionally fast. The menu for the all-you-can-eat option typically includes a wide variety of sushi rolls, from classic favorites like California Rolls and Philly Rolls to Chef's Special Rolls such as the Double Crunchy Roll, Snow White Roll, Dragon Roll, and more unique creations like the Zack Special Roll and Bomb Roll. There are limits per round to prevent waste, for example, a typical structure might allow a certain number of sushi and roll orders per person per round, ensuring freshness and reducing waste.
- Full Japanese Menu: Beyond the "all-you-can-eat" sushi, Ginza offers a comprehensive menu that extends to other Japanese favorites. This includes various soups like Miso Soup and Clear Soup, fresh salads such as House Salad, Seaweed Salad, and Spicy Kani Salad, and a selection of Sushi Bar Appetizers like Tuna Tataki and Pepper Tuna. For those who enjoy cooked dishes, they also offer Kitchen Appetizers such as Edamame, Harumaki, and Shumai, as well as Hibachi and Teriyaki options with choices of steak, shrimp, chicken, or vegetables. Their menu also features a la carte sushi and sashimi, various noodle dishes like Lo Mein and Udon, fried rice, and Bento Box selections, providing a truly diverse culinary journey.
- Dine-In Service: Ginza provides a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for sit-down meals. While the dining area is noted as being potentially small, it contributes to a cozy and intimate dining experience, suggesting that it fills up quickly, especially during busy hours. Reservations are accepted, which can be helpful during peak times.
- Takeout and Delivery: For those who prefer to enjoy Ginza's delights at home, takeout and delivery services are available. This offers great flexibility for a quick and convenient meal. Online ordering options are also provided for ease of use through various third-party platforms.
- Accommodating Staff: A significant service highlight is the staff's ability to accommodate specific dietary needs and allergies. Customers have reported instances where waitstaff were "absolutely amazing" and "extremely accommodating" and willing to "substitute roles" to ensure guests with food sensitivities could still enjoy their meal with many options. This level of personalized care is a considerable advantage, and patrons are encouraged to inform their server about any food allergies.
Ginza Japanese Restaurant boasts several compelling features that make it a standout choice for Japanese cuisine lovers in Pennsylvania.
- Exceptional All-You-Can-Eat Value: The "all-you-can-eat" model at Ginza is celebrated for its incredible value. Patrons feel the price is well worth the quality and quantity of food received. It’s noted that the rolls are generously sized and filled, making it a truly satisfying experience. This focus on substantial, quality rolls distinguishes it from places where all-you-can-eat might mean smaller, less satisfying portions.
- Remarkably Fast Service: One of the most frequently praised aspects is the speed of service. Even within an all-you-can-eat framework, dishes are delivered to tables incredibly quickly, minimizing wait times and enhancing the overall dining efficiency. This is a significant advantage, especially for those with limited time or simply eager to enjoy their meal.
- High-Quality Sushi Rolls: Despite being an "all-you-can-eat" establishment, the quality of the sushi rolls is consistently described as "great." Customers emphasize that the rolls are "big and packed with fillings," ensuring a substantial and flavorful experience rather than just a rice-heavy dish. The diverse selection of specialty rolls further enhances this feature.
- Outstanding Customer Service: The waitstaff receives high marks for being "absolutely amazing" and "extremely accommodating." Their willingness to assist with food allergies and provide substitutions showcases a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a personalized dining experience.
- Extensive Variety of Rolls: While some all-you-can-eat places might lack variety, Ginza offers a broad selection of classic and chef's special rolls. This ensures that even without sashimi in the all-you-can-eat option, there are "many options" to explore, keeping the dining experience exciting and fresh for repeat visitors. Their full menu also expands to a wide range of Japanese dishes beyond just sushi, catering to diverse palates.
Ginza Japanese Restaurant's main ongoing "special offer" is its highly acclaimed "All You Can Eat" sushi. This pricing structure inherently provides exceptional value by allowing diners to enjoy an unlimited selection of their high-quality sushi rolls and other select items for a single, affordable price. This particular offer is available all day, Tuesday to Sunday, providing ample opportunity for locals to experience it. While specific, limited-time promotions should always be confirmed directly with the restaurant or by checking their online presence, the core "all-you-can-eat" offering serves as a continuous draw for value-conscious diners and those looking to indulge in a wide variety of sushi without budgetary concerns.

Mar 23, 2025 · Theodore AdamsIf I could give this place six stars I would. This is everything that is sushi place should be. As an all-you-can-eat this was the fastest I've ever gotten the food in my entire life. Even more is that the rules were big and packed with fillings and it's not just like eating a bowl of rice. I actually wasn't going to come here at first because they don't do any sashimi but it was still well worth it. I just want to give a shout out to the waitress is here. They were absolutely amazing they were extremely accommodating with my food allergies and they were able to substitute roles to make sure that I was able to eat them. I've almost never had this many options at a all you can eat sushi place if it was just rolls and I was very happy coming here. I would 100% come back here again. The price made this so worth it! I came here in the middle of the day so it was not crowded but since this is a small dining area I'm assuming that this place fills up fast

Just a warning that the all-you-can-eat sushi rolls are HUGEEEE, so don’t make the same mistake I did and order 4-5 rolls right away 🤣🤦🏼♀️ We had a group of 5 and ordered various rolls and everything was yummy, as well as the steamed dumplings we got as a starter. The staff were very friendly and accommodating too.
