Ginza Ramen and Poke Reviews
The broth is rich and flavorful, with just the right balance of savory and depth. Whether you prefer a rich tonkotsu, a flavorful miso, or a light yet satisfying shoyu, Ginza has it all. The noodles are perfectly cooked and have the ideal texture – not too soft, not too firm. And let’s not forget the toppings! The chashu pork is melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the boiled egg is cooked to perfection. Each bite is an explosion of flavor.
Mar 29, 2025 · savannahThe ramen was super tasty, poke was awesome! Ordering was super simple on a kiosk as you walk-in. Tons of options to customize your order and everything came out perfect!
Mar 02, 2025 · Jeremy MOONI've been here multiple times, today we tried the beef spicy ramen, crispy chicken to katsu ramen, spring rolls and the ramen comes with lots of noodles but not enough broth. I asked for extra spicy. It has no spice at all! And the broth was too salty and the beef also tasted dry and salty. The spring rolls tasted like frozen ones that were not cooked enough. Don't order extra ramen like I did, that was too much. The crispy chicken was decent but needed a spicy sauce.
Jan 15, 2024 · Magaly DiazI initially saw the reviews and figured they were about split. I decided to give it a try anyway. They give you a HUGE portion, but while the poke bowl had a lot of sustenance it was kind of just all over the place. Rice with fish and vegetables just thrown on top of each other. No mixing with the sauces or anything. The cream cheese was the weirdest thing, I figured maybe it's a sauce or integrated somehow?? Nope just pieces thrown in there, too. It's not bad, but the fish did have an odd taste, maybe it's the seasonings since I got the spicy, but it could also just be the fish itself. Not a bad price for the amount of food you get, but not my favorite.
Mar 15, 2025 · Chachi RumaAvoid this place at all cost. Decided to give this place a try after visiting their other locations, BIG MISTAKE! We ordered shrimp tempura, bad choice. They tasted like they were breaded 3 weeks ago and fried in old oil. Our main chicken dish was even worse, the chicken tasted like it had freezer burn and was left out on the counter all day...don't waste your hard earned money at this place.
