Ginza Sushi & Sake Reviews
They run lean on staff so be patient and nice. The food is worth it. I wouldn’t leave a review if I lived here because I’d keep it a secret. The GiNZA roll and the sashimi/nigiri set were perfect. I’m obsessed with Toro and they had great fresh cuts. My belly is happy and I’ll be back within the limited time I have. Thank you, GiNZA!!
Mar 24, 2025 · Vanessa IshThis was some of the best sushi I have had outside of Japan. The food was delicious and the service was excellent!
Apr 25, 2025 · Jerry HumberdDon’t let the old reviews fool you—this sushi spot has seriously stepped up. Friendly, attentive service and incredibly fresh rolls. The karaage chicken is a standout: crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. A hidden gem that deserves a second chance!
May 18, 2025 · Will HuntingtonBeen to Ginza probably five times now, love the sushi, both the rolls and individual pieces are great, their hot sake is good and pretty cheap. I've also done their chef selection once, I think the mariokawase (spelling probably wrong) and it was amazing. Would recommend this to anyone in the area
May 11, 2025 · Peter TaggartGreat spot!We popped in for a quick bite of sushi and were very satisfied. I had a custom substitution on the sushi roll and they were able to accommodate with no problem. Sushi came out very fast and tasted great. The best part however was the hidden gem of the Lychee Sweet Tea - that was SO GOOD!! Very sweet, but the flavor was perfect!Service was great and the restaurant was clean and cozy. Not too busy on a Saturday afternoon, and it served as a lovely respite from the rain. We're from out of town otherwise I'd be here very often!
