I was stressed out ordering because I was afraid I wouldn’t get the best possible thing (for my own taste), so obviously I over-ordered. To be fair I’m used to eating avocado rolls and I can eat a lot of those.The menu was impressive and I think if I could do it again I would stick to simpler rolls. I love a mock tuna. But less ingredients is my own preference. It was really great to see such a creative and exciting vegan sushi menu.For my review, atmosphere is hard to gauge because this is a to go only, pick up from a locker kitchen. There’s not really an atmosphere to be had but there is novelty in the experience.I recommended reviewing the menu ahead of time so you don’t experience the same fomo I did while ordering at the kiosk!

We didn't mind paying a small amount extra for ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce. It's less wasteful to only get what you want! Thanks for having such a wide variety of options and an all vegan menu!
