I had a great experience at Ha Ha Sushi! I ordered a couple of sushi rolls and the lunch sashimi special, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The standout was the sashimi – generous portions and top-quality fish. The service was excellent – attentive, friendly, and quick. The only downside is that the interior could use a bit of an update, as it feels slightly dated. However, the quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere more than make up for it. Definitely a solid spot for sushi lovers looking for good food and great service.

I ordered from this place on DoorDash at 7pm and received a text from DoorDash at 8pm that my order was delivered. I never received my order and my camera's show no one delivered anything to my house. After waiting 15min to get ahold of DoorDash support, I got a full refund. I went to the restaurant at 8:25pm and informed the hostess of what happened. I asked if I could please reorder my food and pay for it. She apologized generously for my troubles and found my order check and took it to the manager. As soon as the manager came out he rudely told me (in broken English) I needed to call DoorDash. I explained to him that I already received my refund and all I wanted to do was to reorder my food and pay for it. He didn't understand what I was explaining. He said they don't take DoorDash orders after 8:30pm. I explained again I wanted to reorder in person for take-out and pay. He said no they are already closed (even though thier business hours posted are till 9:30pm). I asked if he could make an exception being as the cooks were still cooking and I'm a frequent customer of theirs. He refused to do so. Worst customer service. It wasn't a complicated order. The hostess admitted that they only have one order left to make. It wouldn't have taken much time to remake my order. Will never return to this place again.

Alright so I’ve been going here for a very long time. Maybe 5 years, same thing everytime. (Father and daughter combo. 2 nigiri mix. That’s our order) And I have continuously been getting good service, and I never got around to leaving a really good review for them. But today was the day.The reality about this place is that the second you walk in you’re family. Get to know the sushi chefs etc, and they are EXTREMELY kind. The service is always great. Every single worker is pulling their own weight.The sushi itself is extremely good. Great BIG cuts, fresh fish, everyone is very experienced, even the guy in the back!Menu is expansive. You don’t need to order the sushi, you can try their soups, noodles, korean bbq (bulgogi)If you’re in the area PLEASE TRY HAHA SUSHI OUT. They put their love into everything and it shows. They are better than any other sushi place… and trust me, we have tried everything!! Kim thank you so much!!!!
