Feb 10, 2025 · Michael YeoOrdered the meal bento box and it was really good 👍 I think for the first time eating at this place, this was the best option because we got to taste how they prepare different type of meals. You can have two types of soup (we tried both and they are simple but good), two types of rice (yakimeshi or white, both good as well), tepanyaki (you can choose the protein, I tried the shripms, they were well cooked and the sauce was my favorite), tempura shrimps and vegetables (these were Ok, the tempura batter is what tasted the most but it didn't taste greasy, I personally love tempura shrimp so ... 🙂🫰 yummy), salad with peanut dressing (I really liked it), sushi and 4 type of dumplings (they are not dumplings sorry, I don't remember their name but they were good).Overall, what we saw as well is that all the portions are REALLY good so price wise it was reasonable. The service was good as well (our waitress was really attentive and food came fast). We did see a policy that for any party of 6 or more people, they charge 20% tip automatically.
Jan 26, 2025 · Miranda FloresWe arrived as a family of seven to enjoy a hibachi dinner just a few minutes ago. I dropped off my wife and kids at the entrance and parked the car. By the time I came inside, my wife looked upset and told me the young man at the host stand had been shockingly rude to her. Not only was he disrespectful to her, but he was also openly dismissive and condescending to the young woman working alongside him. Despite this, we tried to brush it off and focus on having a nice dinner together. When my mother stood up for a moment, the kind young woman at the host stand politely asked if she was on the waiting list. I let her know she was with our group, and the young woman thanked us and assured us we’d be seated soon. That’s when the young man jumped in again—this time speaking to her in a nasty, arrogant tone, loudly saying something like, “Well too bad! They’ll just have to wait!” His behavior was so disrespectful and inappropriate, not just to us but to his own colleague, that everyone in our group heard it.At that point, I had enough. I confronted him directly, told him he was extremely rude, and that he had no business being a host or representing any company. I asked him to cancel our table—we refused to give our business to a place that tolerates that kind of behavior. As we were walking out, the manager approached us and apologized on the young man’s behalf. But the staff member himself didn’t show any remorse or offer an apology. The manager tried to offer free drinks and appetizers, but frankly, the damage was already done. First impressions are everything, and this one left us appalled. We won’t be returning.
Apr 20, 2025 · Cristian ZuluagaGot our food quick so I knew they messed something up - and they did. Clearly as proof of picture my combo was suppose to contain shrimp tempura and they clearly did not give me it. I rather wait for my correct order than get my food quickly with missing food :( also this is the saddest shrimp lo mein ever! 4 small shrimp, no veggies, no flavor!? Just noodles.
Jan 27, 2025 · Victoria S.I love coming here! I’ve gone to this location and garland and love the place! The owners are great and the food is always fresh! I love the sushi and hibachi!
