Highly recommend the miso soup and crispy spicy tuna appetizer. The sushi was delicious, and they are able to make many rolls gluten free (they have real crab rather than imitation). Service was just okay. Ambiance is nice. With how great the quality of the food was, we will definitely be back.

I frequent this place a few times a month as I work just around the corner. It's actually gotten to the point where I've made several large group orders for our team, we really enjoy this place.Unfortunately yesterday there was a problem with my order where my sushi roll contained a piece of wire that I did not know was there until I pulled it out of my mouth. I called the restaurant and spoke to the server who said she believed me, they offered me a gift card and said they would hold it for me there. I offered to email them photos of the wire, but no one seemed interested in giving me an email address. After considering this overnight, I feel it necessary to make this review and warn folks. I don't think I'll be going back, as this seems to be a major liability that no one was really concerned with. I have worked in many restaurants over the years, and I cannot imagine simply offering a guest a gift card rather than taking down their important information or establishing a means of contact should they need to seek medical attention. Kind of disappointing. I'd have much rather had this conversation with the owner or manager if they seemed to care. P.s. there is no email contact for them on their website.

Pretty standard selection of rolls. There a few interesting takes on ingredients, one of which was a roll with mango puree on it - delish. The server was so bubbly and nice. Wasn't slammed when we went, so the food came out quickly too. We made. One adjustment to a roll and it was not a problem at all, they were very flexible and willing to accommodate. Everything tasted fresh and good!

A friend recommended Hana Matsuri, and she was right. Good food served in a casual, laid back atmosphere. Extremely reasonable prices. Our server treated us like we were regulars, even though this was our first visit. It certainly won't be out last!
