Hanabi Ramen Reviews
I stopped by when it wasn’t too crowded, and we didn’t have to wait long to be seated. I ordered the unagi, tonkotsu ramen with extra noodles, and miso salmon. The miso salmon was outstanding — perfectly cooked with a rich, savory flavor that really stood out. The unagi had a pleasant saltiness, with a soft, delicate texture that was very enjoyable. The star of the meal was the tonkotsu ramen. The broth was deeply flavorful and comforting, and the noodles had the perfect texture. It felt like a truly unique, well-crafted bowl of ramen. I’d definitely return for another meal here.
April 18 · Isaac ShiThe best ramen I've ever had. This restaurant prepares their ramen in a traditional manner. Their vegetables are fresh and broth is flavorful without being overly salty. There are very few non-fried protein options on the menu. However, you can ask for non-fried tofu. Their seasoned egg is phenomenal!Their service is excellent and they move tables quickly. The prices are affordable and the restaurant is beautifully decorated. The restaurant is located next to the Clarendon Metro stop. There is limited to no parking available so the restaurant is best accessed by foot or public transit.
May 24 · Grace MarchelloThe tonkotsu and spicy miso ramen were great. The broth was one of the best I've had in the DMV area. I will say the noodles were less soft than other places I've been to. Can't say if that was better or worse, just different. One thing that was unique to this place was the complimentary topping, called Hanabi spice they offer, which was very good. Recommend!
March 22 · Yiran LiuHanabi Ramen is a solid spot for ramen lovers. The ramen was excellent—rich broth, great noodles, and well-balanced flavors. Their appetizers were good, though not particularly standout. The service was attentive and friendly, and while the seating area is relatively small, it adds to the cozy and casual atmosphere.
May 14 · BoI have tried many many ramen places. In Korea, China, Singapore... many in US. But none of them beat their flavor! I have been visiting them years. And sometimes I really miss the flavor of their Tan Tan Myong. Man i dunno how they cook it. But its delicious...
