I eat here all the time maybe once a week or more and usually have no problem with service. Unfortunately I ran into a rude manger working the front on march 5th. I asked for a special request two days back to back. Today she charge me double the price $21 and I was fine with because I asked for more food this time because I wanted it to be salad portion. I got the exact same portion I got yesterday for half the price. I got 3 slices of cucumber and a couple slices of avocado the snow crab was a good amount. I went up there to ask if the order was correct and she said yes I didnt think she was very nice at all terrible energy.

Vegetable roll FILLED with veggies was delicious. The meat for the steak and chicken plate was cooked just right and the portion we received was huge. If you’re interested in something smaller the small chicken bowl would be a perfect choice which was simply chicken over the rice of your choice. Room for improvement would be the eel sauce they charge extra for.It’s thinner than usual and seemed watered down. Also, the fried rice wasn’t seasoned or cooked/mixed that well.

Hibachio is Waxahachie is always good. I was having a bad day once and stopped for lunch. The guy who took my order noticed I was not at my best and paid for my lunch. They also have a robot that brings your food and he sang Happy Birthday to a kid tonight, it was cute!

First time in and highly recommend. Unique fast-food style ordering and food was amazing! This location’s staff was on top of their game being friendly and helpful with menu information.
