Ho Sushi Bistro Introduce
Ho Sushi Bistro, located at 617 128th St SW #104, Everett, WA 98204, serves as a local option for residents in search of sushi and other Japanese culinary delights. In a broader context, much like how a "Doctor Near Me" provides essential health services to a community, local restaurants like Ho Sushi Bistro contribute to the well-being and convenience of residents by offering a specific type of cuisine and dining experience. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Ho Sushi Bistro, based on available information and customer feedback, covering its environment, services, features, and any discernible promotional aspects.
The atmosphere at Ho Sushi Bistro appears to elicit varied responses from customers. One reviewer described the "atmosphere is fine," suggesting a generally acceptable, rather than exceptional, setting. However, the same reviewer also noted that "tables are a little sticky," which could point to an area where cleanliness or maintenance might be inconsistent. On the other hand, a contrasting review painted a much more positive picture, describing the "entire restaurant" as "peaceful, clean, and inviting." This disparity in observations indicates that the dining environment might be perceived differently by various patrons, or perhaps varies depending on the time of visit.
Typically, a sushi bistro aims for a balance between traditional Japanese aesthetics and modern comfort. The phrase "peaceful and inviting" suggests an attempt to create a relaxing dining space. However, the "sticky tables" comment implies that some guests might encounter minor issues that detract from the overall comfort. As a local establishment, its environment is likely geared towards casual dining, catering to both quick meals and more relaxed sit-down experiences. Its location within a commercial complex implies easy access for locals in the surrounding Everett area.
Ho Sushi Bistro's primary feature is its offering of sushi, alongside what is typically a broader menu of Japanese cuisine. While specific menu items beyond sushi rolls aren't detailed in the provided reviews, a typical sushi bistro would offer a range of options, including:
- Sushi and Sashimi: Individual pieces of fish and seafood over rice (sushi) or served alone (sashimi).
- Sushi Rolls (Maki): A variety of classic and specialty rolls, often incorporating different types of fish, vegetables, and sauces.
- Appetizers: Common starters like gyoza (dumplings), tempura (fried vegetables and seafood), edamame, and more.
- Entrees: Teriyaki dishes (chicken, beef, salmon), katsu (fried cutlets), and noodle dishes like yakisoba or ramen.
Customer feedback, however, provides direct insight into the quality and characteristics of their sushi offerings. One reviewer, in a critical assessment, stated that the place "uses always frozen" fish and described the "fish texture" as "grainy, mushy kind." This suggests that the quality of the raw fish, a cornerstone of good sushi, might not meet the expectations of all diners, especially given Washington's access to fresh seafood. They also noted that "for the prices that you’re paying per roll, you’d expect a little better." This indicates that pricing might not align with the perceived quality for some customers.
Conversely, another reviewer offered an exceptionally positive experience, proclaiming it "one of the best sushi restaurants in Everett" and that the "food was incredibly delicious—the best sushi I've ever tasted." This stark contrast in reviews highlights a significant divergence in customer experiences and perceptions of the food quality. It suggests that while some may find the sushi disappointing, others have found it to be outstanding.
Beyond the food itself, customer service is a key feature. One reviewer noted that "staff are hit or miss," implying inconsistency in service quality. However, the positive review strongly contradicted this, praising the staff as "exceptionally kind, attentive, and friendly" and describing the service as "swift and efficient." This again points to a varied customer experience, where some might encounter less attentive staff, while others receive exemplary service. The presentation of the food was noted as "good" by one reviewer, indicating attention to detail in plating.
Like a "Doctor Near Me," Ho Sushi Bistro offers a specialized service – in this case, Japanese cuisine – that caters to a specific demand within the local community. Its presence provides a dining option for those seeking sushi in the Everett area.
Ho Sushi Bistro is conveniently located at 617 128th St SW #104, Everett, WA 98204, making it accessible to residents of Everett and surrounding neighborhoods. For direct contact, the restaurant can be reached by phone at (425) 405-3917 or via mobile phone at +1 425-405-3917.
While no specific promotional deals or ongoing offers were detailed in the provided information, the restaurant's existence and accessibility serve as its primary form of promotion to local users. In a competitive market like Everett, positive word-of-mouth, which can be influenced by customer experiences like those reviewed, plays a crucial role. The diverse opinions among customers might mean that the restaurant attracts different segments of the sushi-loving population – those with perhaps lower expectations who find it "okay to fix your sushi craving," and those who find it to be "the best sushi I've ever tasted."
The phrase "Go here with expectations, then you may find this place okay to fix your sushi craving" from one review serves as a unique piece of "promotional" advice, implicitly suggesting that managing one's expectations before visiting might lead to a more positive experience.
As a local business, Ho Sushi Bistro likely relies on its consistent presence and offerings to draw customers. Potential patrons can access the restaurant for dine-in services and likely takeout, given the nature of many sushi establishments. For precise operating hours or further promotional details, it would be advisable for interested individuals to contact the restaurant directly or check online listings.
In summary, Ho Sushi Bistro in Everett, WA, presents a mixed bag of customer experiences. While some patrons laud it as a top-tier sushi destination with excellent food and service, others express disappointment regarding fish quality and value for money. Its environment is perceived differently by various reviewers. This duality suggests that Ho Sushi Bistro might be a place where individual preferences and expectations heavily influence the dining outcome. Ultimately, it remains a local option for those in Everett seeking sushi, fulfilling a role in the community akin to how a "Doctor Near Me" provides a specific, needed service.

Ho Sushi Bistro Reviews
I’m going to be completely honest with you, this place isn’t very good. Despite being in a state that has access to fresh fish and seafood, this place uses always frozen. Fish texture is that grainy, mushy kind. I’m not expecting Japan level sushi, but for the prices that you’re paying per roll, you’d expect a little better. Atmosphere is fine, tables are a little sticky (you know what I’m talking about). Food presentation is good though, staff are hit or miss. Go here with expectations, then you may find this place okay to fix your sushi craving.
Apr 11, 2025 · ChristopherWithout a doubt, this is one of the best sushi restaurants in Everett. The food was incredibly delicious—the best sushi I've ever tasted. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and friendly. Service was swift and efficient. The entire restaurant was peaceful, clean, and inviting. I highly recommend it!
Jan 29, 2025 · DanielleMy husband and I love dining at this restaurant. We get our sushi fix here about once a week. We're from California & have tried various sushi restaurants all along the west coast. Ho Sushi Bistro literally serves the best sushi in the PNW. The owner is very creative (see pics) & his wife is very hospitable. They both know high quality food & service. We've taken everyone we know who loves sushi here, whether it's lunch or dinner, and its always a good time.

Feb 02, 2024 · Mrs. RainMy husband and I ate at here today, always looking for a great sushi spot. Didn’t expect how great it would be. It’s located in Everett and from the outside maybe 🤔 you would think should you eat here but inside surprised us and the food plus service and the excellent presentation of our food really amazes us 😄 don’t judge a book by it’s cover. This place may not look like a lot on the outside but the staff and the food is really amazing 🤩
