Ichi 18 Teriyaki

925 NE 136th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98684, USA

4.0
It's been awhile since I had food from this establishment. I give them 2 stars. I ordered the spicy teriyaki Pork with Salad. They didn't ask me how spicy I wanted my meal like I remembered in the past. So mine unfortunately wasn't spicyThe salad dressing seemed to be the same house style they had in the past but this time it tasted different. The salad itself was Iceberg lettuce. It tasted fresh and snappy however the dressing was sub-par. The rice was cold and a little undercooked. The teriyaki dressing was horrible. They thicken up the dressing but don't let that fool ya. This was done to cover up the fact that they are cutting corners. The Pork was questionable and hard to taste due to the high salt content. Make sure you drink plenty of water otherwise you might get dehydrated. The service wasn't bad. That's because there was no interaction like welcome in or how is your day going? Would you like a fork or chopsticks or something to drink? The lady seemed preoccupied almost like she didn't want to be there. Overall they get Two stars. One for showing up and the other for handing me my meal. Let's just say I won't be going back to that location. If my memory serves me correctly the Ichi in Hazel Dell was very very good. I went to this location out of convenience. I learned my lesson for next time. - Joseph Scerbo
