We had Hibachi Shrimp and Karage Chicken. Incredible service 10 🌟 if I could on that. The food was delicious … check this place out, they are NEW in town and so worth it. Enjoy the ambiance!!! The owner is super nice and checked on all the patrons.And if you’re like me … working hard to balance everything in this economy, this place is so affordable and somewhere to treat your whole family without breaking the bank.

Absolutely amazing service (Collin is awesome) and food. I had the Hibatchi Shrimp lunch portion,my friend the Teriyaki Ton Ramen (broth based Ramen Bowl) and we had dumplings. All really good and the chili oil added to the side put them both over the top. Definitely try it out while you are in the area!

Ordered the Char Siu Ramen with a side of Fried Rice and Chicken Kara-age.The Kara-age was served with Japanese mayo and a sweet and sour sauce. I think I liked the mayo better, but alternated through the whole plate back and forth - so both were tasty. The chicken itself had a good fry and was tender, but not as juicy as I’ve had across the country.The side of fried rice was simple - nothing extra in the rice except egg, but it was cooked well and had excellent flavor.The Char Siu Ramen was the star of my meal - the broth was rich and flavorful, the Char Siu was tender with a great balance of meatiness and fattiness, the noodles were springy, and the bamboo, wood ear mushroom, scallions, and soft boiled egg were excellent complements. They have a large list of add-ons, but the default offerings were classic for this style of ramen.

NASHVILLE’S BEST RAMEN! This is hands down the best ramen restaurant in all of Nashville. I love their gyoza, pork buns, crab rangoons, and donburi as well. The prices are so reasonable, it’s honestly the least expensive ramen i’ve had in a while considering how high quality it is. I can’t wait to come back!
