We’ve enjoyed a few omakase experiences in Miami and Los Angeles, and Iki Omakase in Doral has been our most favorite experience thus far! Chef Seiya is very creative with his craft and the most amazing surprise was how fluent he is in Spanish! He explained the art of his omakase with a seasonal menu that changes every 3 months and honors a different region of Japan that highlights that season. We enjoyed the winter menu in March 2025. The 14 course experience will leave you full! The presentation is absolutely stunning and Chef Seiya explains how each course was created, what inspired it, and how it should be eaten due to the complexity of some of the courses. You’re welcomed by a lovely staff and sat at your seat with a customized menu with your name on it. You’re also given a complimentary glass of Prosecco. If you’re hesitant on spending the $175 for the 14 courses, don’t be! It is worth every dollar!!!

We have not been to an omakase style dinner before and man did the folks at IKI hit it out of the park. The menu was unique and each dish was crafted to tribute certain parts of Japan and also follow the Japanese seasons. Everyone was amazing start to finish. Must try!
