Amazing experience here for lunch with a coworker! The hostess was incredibly kind and we were served immediately. I am still dreaming about this roll a week later… the Snow White roll. Amazing. Also, the fried rice was delicious too! Reasonable pricing. Will be back!

My boyfriend and I went here for Valentine’s Day, it was our first time going to the restaurant and it was quite a packed and busy day. We waited to be seated for about 25 minutes. We were seated in dining, the food was good I can’t even lie, nothing to really complain about there. But when my boyfriend and I asked for extra shrimp with our hibachi meal the waitress rolled her eyes and aggressively grabbed the menu and pointed to the price of the extra shrimp when I couldn’t understand clearly what she said. At the end when the bill was given to us, it came out to $115, and honestly the only “nice” thing the waitress did was put our food in the to go boxes for us. She barely came to check on our table since it was so busy so I don’t really blame her for that but when we were about to leave the waitress told us we had to sign the bill (we had already paid), my boyfriend signed the bill and then the waitress said “no tip?” And my boyfriend ended up writing down “15%” which is like almost $10, we are only 17 and 18 and aren’t currently working so we didn’t have much on us, we had to literally put our money together to make the bill amount. And yes that’s on us since we don’t work, I know! But she was extremely rude and inconsiderate because we really didn’t have much money and all she was thinking about was how cheap of a tip we were gonna give her. After my boyfriend signed the bill and wrote down the tip, the waitress got mad and said “are you kidding me, that’s nothing!” And scribbled out the tip my boyfriend wrote down and stormed off. So I’m laughing cus I’m just thinking, at her grown age like she’s not serious right now. She had so many other customers that day who were most likely tipping her more than we did and at least we were even TIPPING her in the first place. But when my boyfriend and I tried walking away she turns around and stands in front of my boyfriend saying he’s rude and saying “I take your order, I take care of you”, meanwhile she in fact DID NOT take care of us. Overall my boyfriend and I rate this restaurant a 3 and we will certainly NEVER come back here. ☺️

Always enjoy our meal here. Great Service and fresh food. I personally like the spicy handrolls which I typically order. This was a small takeout order tonight to have a little fun. Japanese "Pop" sodas are another treat. Live the decor and food consistency. Definitely worth a trip to enjoy a cocktail and food.

Went here to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and while the food was decent, the experience left a bad taste. We were rushed out before we could even finish enjoying our meal because they were closing. No heads-up, no courtesy, just pressure to leave. It was supposed to be a special night, and instead we felt unwelcome and pushed out the door. Definitely not the kind of service you expect when dining out with family. Won’t be returning.

We booked a communion lunch with the owner. The owner stated we would be there during lunch and gave us a price, under the lunch special in which we accepted. When we arrived, they needed a few minutes which was fine. Once we sat, it took 20 minutes for someone to take our order. While ordering from the menus provided, they said it was too late to order from the lunch menu. When asked to speak to the manager, she was beyond unprofessionaland rude. She insisted she checked the cameras and were late but failed to show us and when pushing harder, she ended up telling the mother to leave causing our entire party to leave and our children were hysterical crying. The most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered in my life. I would never recommended this place to anyone and will pursue the proper means.
