First time i come here, great experience. Very nice presentation and decorations. Jerry the man on the flat grill was awesome! Very nice and made excellent food. Andres our server was awesome as well and did a great job signing happy birthday to my girlfriend! Great experience will be back again soon!

Great place to go with the family. The food is excellent. Andres And Jackie are the best servers you can ask for. The manager Erick is a great person with great skills as a manager. The place is very clean as well.

I had an amazing experience at japan inn and a big part of that was thanks to our waiter, MAY . From the moment we sat down, they were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever being overbearing.They explained the menu clearly, answered all our questions about the hibachi options, and even made great recommendations that turned out to be spot on. Throughout the dinner, drinks were refilled promptly, special requests were handled with a smile, and the timing between courses was perfect.Even with the lively, interactive hibachi setting, May stood out for her professionalism and warm personality. They really helped make the night feel special. I’ll definitely be coming back — and hope we get them again next time!

May was knowledgeable about the menu and helped guide us through a few tough choices (everything sounded so good!). She made sure our food allergies were carefully noted and handled, and she made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Her timing was perfect, her attitude upbeat, and her attention to detail impressive.
