Josui Ramen Reviews
This place is a great ramen shop to go to especially for the light broth shio and shoyu ramen. I've been to this place a couple times and have always left satisfied.Their josui ramen is their classic and a great one. Their tan tan men is also decent. I tried their maze soba this time and it was very good. The pork gyoza was cooked very well and we usually get the Japanese fried calamari which is excellent. Just full on whole calamari just fried very well. The staff is very nice and very attentive. They also are very patient and respectful of our time. It can get quite busy during the rush hour meal times.
Apr 10, 2025 · Jimmy SiI ordered Spicy Miso Ramen and my group ordered some takoyaki. The takoyaki came out blazing hot, so careful you don't burn yourself. The flavors are quite good but the octopus is on the chewier side. Personally, I love bonito flakes, so I wish there was a little more. For ramen, I'd say their portions are decent for the price, since it fed me for at least two meals. The chashu pork was tender enough to where you can easily tear it apart with your spoon and chopsticks. I ordered level 2 spicy for my ramen and my boyfriend ordered level 3 spicy for his. Level 2 has just enough spice for casual spice enjoyers, but level 3 is perfect for spice enthusiasts. The restaurant itself is compact but not uncomfortably cramped. Though some of the seats have holes and the window near us was covered with a large sheet of paper and some tape. It didnt seem quite complete yet, but it doesnt take away too much from the dining experience.Overall, great chill restaurant to take your friends out for some tasty ramen.
May 25, 2025 · Sarah ChoBRING CASH TO SAVE 4%!! I went here to go get Ramen on a Saturday around 5:30 PM and it was quite empty. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have a bar, but I did not see any bar menu and I did not necessarily ask for one because I’m not a big drinker. The Ramen that I got was pretty good and it was actually very spicy and it actually clean some congestion that I had in my throat that I didn’t even know that I had. I will say that I’m a bit disappointed that it cost one dollar to get the spiciest version of the food and it is on the menu that it cost money to add different levels of spices. The eggs cost $2.30 out as of February 2025 if you want an egg and I will say the meat that I got was not plentiful for a $15 bowl of robin noodles. Overall, the experience with the waitress was fabulous. She did fill up my cup without asking her to, and she was quite fast in response to my visual cues when I was ready to order and when I was ready to leave. The chicken that I got was actually quite hot and I thought it wasn’t gonna be as hot because it didn’t seem smoky when it came out to me but when I took a bite, it was quite hot and pretty good. There are definitely better Ramen spots with a better atmosphere for the price of it. this one is OK.
Feb 02, 2025 · Playerrr BotttThis place is really tucked into the shopping center, but it is clean and efficient with its space. Service was fast and friendly, food fresh and hot... the spicy miso ramen broth was delicious, I'm in love!! Overall I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back! (I got spice level 3 and it was yummy, just a kick of heat)
