We had the Sunday Omakase experience. To put it simply, WOW! 🤩 🤩🤩The best Japanese food I’ve ever had, including having spent time in Tokyo.The food is thoughtful, exactingly executed, and sublime. 11 courses, many of which featured multiple components (so this is more like a 25 course / piece menu). Most dishes were prepared with fresh seasonal fish flown in from Japan. You simply won’t find this selection of sushi and sashimi nearly anywhere else. And next week some items will be different based on what is freshest in Japan at the moment.I tried to remember to take photos as the courses came, but sometimes got too excited and forgot. Sorry! Will give you an excuse to go try it.My wife was celebrating a major birthday, so they gave us and everyone a complimentary shot of sake at the end.
