I don't think it's good buisness to not have functional ordering systems or communicating that with customers through Google or a active website. I order online through door dash, charged asap, then get a notice it was canceled. It's Friday and this is a luxury for me right now so having to wait 3days for my money back( 3/4 of a tank in gas in my car) is frustrating. I wanted extra sauce beyond the 2 minimum, you think they would give it to you the .50c for the hassel, nope, I had to say I'll pay for it. When my husband went in there and asked her about the sauce to make sure, she snapped at him about it "already being in there". This is my 2nd interaction with them and she seemed grumpy the last time too.Get my order photos below, it's SAD. The manager couldn't understand why I am upset saying I'm being rude, well given everything I already had to through for a $20 bowl and drive 20 mims 1 way, to get this anyone would be disappointed they disnt treat their order with care. "Well your wife was rude to my husband" and they can deny it buti I've seen her be rude to other customers when I was in line. The bowl is empty you can see the 2" gap and I order majority of the add-ins, and salad on top of the rice. There was no sauce on my bowl and only what I got on the side on and paid for. She didn't take down my seaweed salad and it's iceberg lettuce and rice and the bowl is still empty. Smh. This was my meal splurge and its high disappointing I offered to bring the bowl back and wanted it made the right way and he was just like well you said its been 20 mins, I'm not taking it back and I am not giving you your money back. I offered to bring it back and get my money back, not eat it and want something for free like other people who take advantage of companies do. I was trying to do the right thing. MGR: "I'll remake it but its gonna be the same thing, thats just how sushi is it's expensive". I said "rice isn't expensive" neither btw is onions, salad, or cucumber, this is a sad bowl. I said so you would put the seaweed salad in there? Him:No. The same bowl. 馃く. I am just shocked at the lack of customer service this place offers, their system isn't working, their website isn't up to date/or not working, I've already technically been charge twice now for 1 meal until i get my money back Monday or Tuesday, paid for extra sauce and there is none on my bowl and you can't give me the .50cent seaweed salad, smh. Fine I'll pay the .50, if it means getting my bowl the right way. Sushi fine I didn't ask for extra, but if its a salad bowl it should have more salad toppings to fill the bowl. This Kazu sushi location is seriously lacking must be different owners. The St. Johns and Town center location are on point, never had bad service at either of those and people are beyond friendly and nice. I've been in food industry and customer service, can't imagine not making it right without charging someone an extra dollar to offer good service. He offered a free bowl with the thing I will pay for and the sauce on the bowl, but at this point, I'll take my buisness to any other poke place, the partially-free bowl is not worth dealing with this establishment. There's a great sushi place off Atlantic and they have poke bowls I recommend taking your buisness there, the people who worked there was also extremely nice with resting rude face. - lena v
