May 16, 2025 · Vic TorWow, great soft opening week! Our party of 5 really had a 🥳 at the counter! Chef Urara and her team were so welcoming and engaging! We felt like we had come over to a friend's house for dinner. We had the fixed menu and loved every bit of it! I'm a huge unagi fan and loved the claypot cooked eel rice with grilled eel on top. The wagyu was like butter, cooked perfectly, and the wasabi with it, among other things, was so delicious! Don't even get me started on the trio of tuna cuts! The wine pairings were amazing, and the starter bubbly got us ready! Everyone went home with satisfied bellies and a fondness for this new restaurant! We wish it and the team success and great things ahead! Arigatou gozaimashita! 🤤🔥 and side note, Chef, Mackerel is also one of my favorite fishes! That and amberjack! Can't wait to see them on the menu here! Congratulations everyone!
