Kyoto Hibachi & Sushi is a fantastic spot for family outings! We visited on a Saturday night with the whole family and two kids and had an amazing experience!MenuThe menu has a great variety. The hibachi sets include salad, miso soup, fried rice, noodles, and mixed vegetables. We enjoyed the hibachi shrimp, chicken, steak, scallops, and lobster, all cooked perfectly. The sushi, like the eel avocado and crab stick rolls, was fresh and delicious.ServiceThe service was friendly, fast, and attentive. Our waitress made excellent recommendations, ensuring we chose some of the best dishes on the menu. I have been DD pickup order here for lunch for several weeks now. This was one of my favorite places for lunch, I will sadly never order here again due to the principle of a regular paying/tipping customer, and the service I received was extremely poor. If the treatment I received today is how this restaurant values their customers I want no part contributing/supporting this establishment. I was rudely treated by a staff member there when I went to pickup my order. I usually have no issues when picking up my order, but today this woman treated me like the Gestapo, with ultimate rudeness and skepticism like I wasn’t the patron of the order. Absolutely ridiculous and I will never order nor eat here again due to this poor customer service treatment from that specific woman from the restaurant.

I never post bad reviews, but my experience was terrible. I had a 7:00 reservation and arrived at 6:50. The entranceway was crowded with people waiting to be seated and everyone was packed together. We were repeatedly told that we would be seated next, but by 7:40 we were still not seated and left. I understand they were busy, but there is no reason that we should have stood waiting for 50 minutes until eventually leaving.
