KYURAMEN - Flushing Reviews
Food was good. Service was meh. Took them a long time to seat us despite there being empty tables. They said 15 mins but it took more than half an hour. Took a while to take our order and took another long time to get the bill. We had to leave our table after hitting the call button 30 mins ago (at the inner room) and talk to someone outside. But despite all this the food was decent.
Apr 08, 2025 · Ayla MSimply put, this is a great ramen spot, serving comforting, well-executed, and deeply satisfying bowls of ramen. The broth was rich, the noodles perfectly cooked, and the flavors well-balanced. But what truly impressed was the creativity of the appetizers. The Purple Sweet Potato Fries with spicy mayo were a unique and delicious starter, the Chilled Tofu had an authentic Japanese street-food feel, and the Salt & Pepper Crispy Corn was a bold, unexpected twist. The ambiance was just as inviting, with traditional Japanese decor that made it feel like a cozy ramen shop in Ginza or Osaka. The only downside was the service, which was inattentive and not very knowledgeable. However, the outstanding food and atmosphere more than made up for it.
Mar 08, 2025 · BuschauerWe just randomly went here to eat some authentic Ramen and Japanese food. The food was extremely good and delicious, I applaud the chef of this store. Truly when it comes for a good food trip NYC is one of the best to go.It’s just the service extremely sucks as well. That’s why I gave 3star rating. For how good the food was, the service was the total opposites. Server seems doesn’t seem like what his doing, don’t care about his customers and not courteous nor polite. When you ask a questions it seems like his too bothered to even answer.I really don’t want to even leave a tip, I just did because of the great food. I wish I can choose where my tip will go, for kitchen staff.Overall still recommended because the food was really delicious. Just do not expect anything with their customer service it was so outrageous.
Dec 28, 2024 · ShZekiah BusligThe atmosphere resembles an authentic experience with calming music along with mood lighting and plants. The food is really good and you can get full really fast. Good place to go if you're starving and if you're craving noodles and a variety of other appetizers.
