I have wanting to go to this place for a long time. Convincing my husband that the sushi would be good in Norwood was another story so I made him take me for my birthday and I was blow out of the water. I can be a bit of a sushi snob. It's a very nice small restraunt with actually fresh sushi that taste amaizing. The chef makes all the sauces for the hibachi himself. My mother does not like sushi so she got the hibachi shrimp with fried rice. The fried rice was the best I ever tasted. She ate all her shrimp so I didn't taste it but the fact that she ate all her shrimp means it was good. Prices are very reasonable for the amount and quality of food you get. Great place for a date night or romantic evening with your husband. We will definitely be back. Mia was our waitress and she was very informative about the menu and has the best customer service skills. Everyone was very friendly. Can't say enough good things about this place.

A top-notch standalone sushi restaurant! Kiersten is the sweetest waitress and an excellent server who always greets you with a friendly smile! She always keeps your drinks filled and makes sure your food comes out perfectly and ensures that your dining experience is unmatched. She is our favorite! Shoutout to Jimmy for the fresh and delicious sushi rolls! The Vegas, Firecracker, & Spicy Crunchy Blue Crab rolls are my go-to’s! 🍣 🍱 💟 (and don’t forget about the sashimi!)

was in the area and was looking for a place to eat , and came across Lantern Sushi. So glad idid! Such a really cute place. very great environment and clean, the lady up front was so sweet and kind to me🥹🤍 i would’ve loved to dine in but i will definitely be back! the food was sooo good! i got hibachi chicken and a philadelphia roll! i ordered online and by the time i got there (10min) it was ready to go! 10/10 recommend

OMG! This is the best sushi we've ever eaten. We stopped in Norwood to look for a dentist and saw this little place. We got The Matador, Godzilla and crunchy crab. Yum! We ate every bite. Even the ginger was fresh tasting. The waitress, Trista was knowledgeable and friendly. The area surrounding town is just beautiful. We finished off with the fried cheesecake, crunchy on the outside, creamy on the inside. Please do yourself a favor and dine there. You will not be disappointed.

Nice and quiet. You wouldn't expect a sushi restaurant rivaling those in Charlotte. And, this one is close to home in Norwood. We go there about once/ week. It is amazing!
