May 25, 2025 · Andy PhuongI had a great experience at Luya Omakase. The fish was incredibly fresh, with each piece prepared and presented beautifully. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The staff were also super friendly and attentive, making the whole evening feel welcoming and relaxed. Definitely a spot worth revisiting for anyone who appreciates good sushi and warm hospitality.
Apr 14, 2025 · Dani NotaAbsolutely delicious! The quality of the fish was outstanding, and the fusion of flavors—especially with the soy-based sauces—was truly top-notch. Each piece was a perfect balance of taste and texture. The omakase was well-priced for the experience. This spot is definitely going into our regular dining rotation…
May 11, 2025 · NI went to Luya for dinner and had a great experience! The staff were very kind and attentive. The waitress was super sweet and the chef explained all of our courses very thoroughly. My family and I opted out two nigiri due to bad experiences with the seafood and the chef were very accommodating and even offered us trying them at the restaurant to see if we liked it (we did!). The atmosphere was light and comfortable. All of the courses were very fresh and delicious. I appreciate the chef asking if the rice and wasabi amount were to my liking. I also liked that there were appetizer courses, nigiri, hand roll, don bowl, and dessert. The flow of the meal is very thought out. This is one of the best omakase experience I’ve had in the city. Thank you!
May 27, 2025 · duyen lucHad a great time coming through with the crew enjoying a nice omakase brunch at this new great omakase spot! The minute we got in here, we were provided amazing service and were well taken care of by Chef Wei who took his time describing his craft and each dish.My personal favorites were the sea bream and the mackerel. It’s an 11 serving omakase with a variety of fish all freshly prepared in front of you. If you’re coming for dinner, it’s a 16 course meal that also includes a wagyu nigiri. It’s BYOB for now, but they’re liquor license is coming.Run, don’t walk to check out this new spot in the Park Slope neighborhood!!
