Marufuku Ramen Reviews
Very crowded means very good food. We did have to wait for an hour for a table since it's a first fome first serve, but honestly, it was fine since you have so much to see. It's located inside the Japan center mall, so there is plenty of shopping, drinks, food and some claw machines while you wait. Our server was amazing. She explained everything to us that we had questions about, I have a food allergy, and she tripled checked if what I ordered had my allergy. Unfortunately, it did, but she was able to recommend something quick. We had a great time, and the kids loved it.
Apr 15, 2025 路 denise hernandezThe hour wait was worth it 馃檹 loved the spicy chicken karage bun and the chashu was sooooo tender. I personally don't like thin noodles which is all they have here, but otherwise all around great time ($65 total tax + tip for everything pictured)
May 26, 2025 路 Artemis HuntsmanSummary: order chicken paitan (not dx). Except for that? Dont goThis is definitely the tourist place. The yelp star(4.5) doesnt make sense AT ALL. Service is nice tho 馃憤Grilled chicken: weird and week soy sauce flavored chicken with mug means. Tasts like motion sickness(we will know when u eat this)Hakata tonkotsu dx: this is the main reason why the review gives three stars. The soup (what I think the most important part of ramen) is just cream flavor. Tonkotsu meat itself is just mid鉂わ笍 Chicken paitan dx: this is served with grilled chicken leg(which is not good), the soup is creamy enough and I ordered spicy (there are spicy or not spicy). This is the best food amoung the food we ordered, still not good. The chicken meat has a fire flavor(not even on the meat). I like the spring onion on it.Spicy tantan men: what is this? The only flavor it has- spicy. Its like cream+spicy thing and wash kimchi with the cream.Takoyaki: mid. Solid mid. Outside is not crunchy enough, and inside is a bit cooked batter. The sauce and bonito flakes are niceI know all the japanese restaurants in japan town are not good. But this is really disappointing experience bc it looks the best amougn those.

Mar 27, 2025 路 K B S SFive-Star Review for Marufuku RamenMarufuku Ramen is simply on another level. The broth is like mother鈥檚 milk鈥攔ich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. It鈥檚 easily one of the best broths I鈥檝e ever had at any ramen spot, anywhere in the world. Every sip carries the kind of depth and balance that only true ramen masters can achieve.Beyond the food, the experience itself is just as impressive. The service is incredibly friendly, making you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you walk in. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the ambient lighting creates a warm, intimate atmosphere that transports you straight to Japan. Authenticity like this is rare to find.If you鈥檙e serious about ramen, Marufuku is a must-visit. This place sets the gold standard.
