Modoo 3 Teriyaki Introduce
Located at 215 Whitesell St NW B106 in Orting, Washington, Modoo 3 Teriyaki is a local Japanese restaurant that aims to provide a convenient and satisfying dining experience for the community. In the context of a "Doctor Near Me" platform, where services and goods are provided for local users, Modoo 3 Teriyaki positions itself as a local solution for a different kind of need – the desire for convenient, flavorful, and accessible Japanese cuisine. Just as a doctor addresses health concerns within the community, Modoo 3 Teriyaki addresses the culinary needs and cravings of its local clientele, offering a service that contributes to the overall well-being and convenience of Orting residents. It’s a place that, like a local healthcare provider, is easily accessible and intends to offer a beneficial service, albeit for your appetite rather than your ailments.
The environment of Modoo 3 Teriyaki, while not extensively detailed in the provided reviews, can be inferred from the nature of a local Japanese teriyaki establishment. Typically, such restaurants prioritize efficiency and comfort, creating a clean and functional space suitable for both quick meals and more relaxed dining. The focus is often on practicality, ensuring that the layout supports fast service while maintaining an inviting atmosphere. One would anticipate a casual setting, suitable for families, individuals, and groups looking for a no-frills yet satisfying meal. The aim is to create an environment where the food takes center stage, and patrons feel comfortable enjoying their meal. While specific aesthetic details like décor or seating arrangements aren't provided, the general expectation for a neighborhood teriyaki spot is one of straightforward appeal and a welcoming, unpretentious vibe. The very nature of a local eatery implies a comfortable and familiar setting, designed to serve the everyday dining needs of the community.
The service at Modoo 3 Teriyaki receives mixed feedback, indicating a range of experiences among customers. One review praises the service as "great, friendly and fast," suggesting that at its best, the staff is attentive and efficient, ensuring a smooth and pleasant ordering and dining process. This positive interaction highlights the restaurant's potential to deliver a satisfying customer experience, where staff responsiveness and a friendly demeanor contribute significantly to guest satisfaction. However, the other review focuses on a less favorable experience, particularly regarding food quality, which indirectly reflects on the overall service delivery as well, as it failed to meet expectations. This disparity suggests that consistency in service, much like in food quality, might be an area of focus for Modoo 3 Teriyaki. When the service is on point, as described by one customer, it greatly enhances the overall dining experience, making it a "go-to" place for families due to the promptness and friendliness of the staff. The aim of any service-oriented business is to consistently provide positive interactions, and when Modoo 3 Teriyaki achieves this, it clearly makes a strong impression on its patrons.
Modoo 3 Teriyaki's features primarily revolve around its menu offerings, which include classic Japanese-American fare, with teriyaki being a central component. One of the key features, highlighted positively, is the **generous portions** of food, which offers good value for money. The "egg roll was crispy and super tasty," indicating that some items are prepared to a high standard and provide a satisfying culinary experience. This suggests that when prepared well, the food can be hot and full of flavor, making it a desirable option for those seeking hearty and tasty meals. However, another review points out significant inconsistencies in food quality. Items such as "rock hard" vegetable tempura and "overcooked and tough" chicken breast teriyaki suggest potential issues with preparation and consistency. Furthermore, a mix-up with side dishes, where "teriyaki salmon was to have fried rice that was $2.50 upcharge and it came with regular rice," indicates errors in order fulfillment. The description of "mostly brown avocado" in California rolls also highlights concerns regarding ingredient freshness and presentation. These varied experiences suggest that while Modoo 3 Teriyaki has the potential to deliver on its promises of delicious food and generous portions, there might be variability in the execution. For patrons, this means that while some visits may be highly satisfying, others might fall short of expectations, particularly concerning certain dishes or order accuracy. The restaurant's core features include accessible Japanese-American comfort food, but the execution of these features appears to vary.
When considering promotional information for Modoo 3 Teriyaki within the "Doctor Near Me" context, the primary promotion lies in its very existence as a local, accessible Japanese food option. For residents of Orting, the convenience of having a teriyaki restaurant nearby that offers quick service and potentially generous portions is a significant draw. While no specific promotional deals or discounts are explicitly mentioned in the provided information, the positive review that calls it "my family's go-to teriyaki place" serves as strong organic promotion. This type of endorsement speaks volumes about the restaurant's ability to create loyal customers when it delivers on its promise of hot, flavorful food and good service. The potential for being a regular family spot is a powerful form of marketing. However, the negative review highlights areas where improvement could lead to more consistent positive experiences and stronger word-of-mouth. For any local business, consistent quality is the best promotion. If Modoo 3 Teriyaki were to offer, for instance, a family meal deal, a loyalty program, or even daily specials, these would be effective ways to formalize promotions and attract new customers while rewarding existing ones. Given the mixed reviews, addressing consistency in food preparation and order accuracy would be key to leveraging any promotional efforts effectively. Local users are encouraged to call Modoo 3 Teriyaki at (360) 893-8172 or +1 360-893-8172 to inquire about current menu items, pricing, and any potential promotions, and to experience the restaurant firsthand to form their own opinion. The ability to quickly satisfy a craving for Japanese food within the local area remains its strongest inherent promotion.
In conclusion, Modoo 3 Teriyaki at 215 Whitesell St NW B106, Orting, WA 98360, USA, offers a local option for Japanese-American cuisine, primarily focusing on teriyaki. The restaurant has demonstrated the capacity for providing friendly, fast service and hot, flavorful food with generous portions, which has led some customers to consider it their family's preferred teriyaki spot. However, customer feedback also indicates that there can be inconsistencies in food quality, with some dishes reported as being overcooked or made with less-than-ideal ingredients, and occasional issues with order accuracy. While the environment is likely designed for casual and convenient dining, the overall experience seems to vary from customer to customer. For local users seeking Japanese food, Modoo 3 Teriyaki represents a readily available choice, and while some visits may be highly satisfying, others might present challenges. As with any local establishment, the best way to form an objective opinion is to visit and experience it firsthand, keeping in mind the range of customer feedback. The restaurant's phone numbers, (360) 893-8172 and +1 360-893-8172, are available for inquiries.

Modoo 3 Teriyaki Reviews
The service was great, friendly and fast! Food was hot and full of flavor! The portions were very generous as well. Egg roll was crispy and super tasty! This will be my family's go to teriyaki place!
Jan 09, 2025 · AllisonWe ordered $80 of barely edible food last night .My vegetable tempura were so rock hard that they were inedible. The chicken breast teriyaki was over cooked and tough, it couldn't be eaten as well. The teriyaki salmon was to have fried rice that was $2.50 upcharge and it came with regular rice, and the California rolls were mostly brown avocado. The egg rolls were fine. This order was such a disappointment, I felt like coming on here and saying something.
May 30, 2025 · Ryacuss sThe food is delicious here. We’ve been a customer since 2016. The menu is pretty big. Here are the following: Thai food, Japanese food and Chinese food.I mostly eat the Japanese food. The Thai food is pretty new to me and have yet to try that. The ingredients are fresh and cooked upon order. I usually get the bento 🍱 box. A variety of boba 🧋 tea is available to include Thai tea.Love the convenience of this place it is less than 3 miles away from my home. The restaurant gets pretty busy with orders. They do take phone orders for quick and easy takeout.
Dec 10, 2023 · Aileen M CruzGreat, friendly service. Food is also good and reasonably priced. I visit 1-2 times per week and have never been disappointed. One of the best restaurants in Orting.
May 10, 2025 · Tyler OsborneOrdered teriyaki chicken and Yakisoba which was great. The BBQ Pork was dry and tuff. It looked like it was microwaved and we couldn’t eat it. The Gyoza was uncooked and cold. Normally their food is spot on. We were very disappointed in the quality of our food this time. Probably will try Wa Wa next time…
