Everything was really salty. Food is flavorful but just too much salt. We were drinking lots of water as chasers. The salad was soaked in dressing. The hoodless broth was salty. I tried their shrimp/pork belly/shiitake buns a different time and it was good and I think best to stick with those. Also a little bit on their pricey side.

Must try the spicy scallop hand rolls and the green salad — best things on the menu. Also love the fried potatoes, pork buns, pickle plate, and crispy spring chicken. If you’re looking for a dessert the vanilla soft serve with chili, caramel, and chili crunch cookies was very tasty. Love that it’s not impossible to get a reservation here and sitting at the bar area is way less crammed.

Our appetite was awaken with delicious pork belly steamed bun. I ordered their signature garlic chicken ramen. The chicken was very moist and flavorful. My husband had a braised beef noodles that came out with boneless short rib stew, chili noodles, and Fuji Apple kimchi. The chili noodles were chewy, braised beef were very delicious. The Fuji apple kimchi was very refreshing. We finished our meals with absolutely delicious milk chocolate pie - pecan, dulce de leche. The staff were very friendly and actively seeking if we needed anything at all times. We would definitely come back again 👍🏼
