Monarch Izakaya Restaurant Reviews
Mediocre meal. Food was decent. Highlight was the cabbage salad. Everything else was lacking in flavor, doused in sauce, over fried, and just not that good. Do not recommend the sesame noodles at all.We were also very confused by the service. When we first got there, all the food came out in around 20 minutes. When we wanted to order another round of drinks and 1 more small plate, it took about 30 minutes for everything to finally arrive…
February 02 · Kam ChongThis place is simply amazing! Everything about it from the staff to the decor and atmosphere was 10/10. I first stepped in and was greeted by the staff so kindly - they were very attentive and friendly. You can tell that there was intention behind the food! We got the eggs Benedict and the Ube pancakes which had a unique subtle twist to it but complimenting to the taste. Also got to try their cranberry chocolate scones and was a huge highlight too. Highly recommend!Ambiance was top tier also! Great for photos if you’re looking to take some cute photos.
February 16 · AmandaReally good brunch food with a lot of Asian-inspired and vegetarian/vegan options. This breakfast bowl was quite tasty despite seeming very basic. Friendly service as well. Beautiful setting with the morning sun coming in. A bit confused between cafe vs restaurant vibes though.
March 24 · Rui ZhongUbe pancakes? I mean what’s not to love? If you’re looking for a few twists on classic breakfast I would recommend Monarch easily. Also at least when we went you’ll deal with less lines then other brunch spots in the area.
January 26 · Christian StueveI stopped by for a late Sunday lunch and my experience was fantastic. The menu is very innovative and healthy - with lots of vegetarian options.
