Monta Ramen Reviews
The tuna crispy rice app was so good. I go and get 3 orders of that but only that. Wasn’t a fan of the flavor of the soup, the pork, or the noodles, but the spice in it was good. Ordered and extra egg that was real good too. The ladies were all super nice.
Feb 17, 2025 · Katie ArellanoThis is a very good attempt to recreate the authentic ramen experience in Vegas. We love it, and it is as good as you can get in Vegas. We would be back, if given another chance.
Apr 22, 2025 · Hui LimThis is the most authentic ramen shop in Vegas. Having lived in Japan for 3 years and trying every ramen shop I could find, you could say I'm a little obsessed with ramen. As soon as I saw the seating arrangements near where the chefs cooked and how small the restaurant was, it felt like I was back in Japan again. I can't recommend this place enough. With the tiny aesthetic look and the wonderful flavors of the soup broth, it makes this the perfect place for all ramen lovers and first-timers.

May 20, 2025 · Tr ThuyWent here as a party of two with no reservation but I’d recommend to get on their waiting list on Yelp to save time. Ample self parking in a lot with multiple food and spa stores. After putting my name on the waitlist, we waited for 20mins which was the correct estimated amount of time for our table to be ready. We ordered the spicy tonkotsu, kuro garlic ramen, and 7pc takoyaki. After ordering, takoyaki took 10mins to cook and the ramen was out well beforehand. The ramen was delicious and it reminded me of the noodle and broth quality from Japan. I’d recommend this ramen place in Vegas.
