The place is very welcome and although its located inside the front of a parking lot, the inside is very cute and spacious and clean. there two staff inside and they were very welcoming, kind, and patient with us. i rlly enjoy the interior design of the place and can tell they put a lot of work into their menu, store and service. I also appreciate how there is a whole separate vegan section in the menu. overall experience was very nice and peaceful and ofc good food.

The chaotic environment meant that we were largely ignored upon arrival; after waiting for a bit, we eventually had to line up at the cashier to place our order, having only been handed one menu for the two of us. The hurried nature of the service did not foster a welcoming vibe.The restaurant's website advertises a diverse menu beyond just ramen, including hotpot, dim sum, and a cafeteria-style “pick 4” dining option. Despite this, the focus of our visit was the ramen, as highlighted prominently on their site. We opted for the Tonkotsu Ramen and a cucumber salad. Food quality and taste not out of this world. Good enough to order for snacks but not full on meals. The waitress stood there and practically bullied my friend and I to give them 5 stars. She even watched us while we gave this review and instructed us to choose 5 stars for everything. I would have given her 3 starts for service except when we left, she gave us xmas trinkets.
