Very unwelcoming atmosphere for a party of 20. We were aware of the gratuity and didn't mind at all.However our waitress was overwhelmed, unfriendly, unprofessional & a poor communicator.Orders kept getting delivered to the wrong people, drink orders all messed up, no dirty plates removed and for an all you can eat spot, after 2 hours we each had one plate and nothing more. They didn't try to fix or accommodate any of the issues they created. After paying in full, I wanted to make them aware of our overall party having multiple issues.Even though our table created well over $500 not including tips and we weren't treated like the other patrons proved my point. They didn't care about the experience my family had but expected full payment. I'll never go here again. This particular location... dirty bathroom, no hot water or paper towels & don't forget to add prejudice pitiful staffing standards 🙃

Also had Gyoza it wasn’t good as far as gyoza goes and would not order this again. What was exceptional was our waitress I don’t remember her name and would have liked to mention her directly as she gave exceptionally good service constantly refilled our drinks so they never got below half. We were sharing the sushi and Habachi and our waitress brought extra plates. She was keen to ask if we needed anything and was both polite and welcoming. The star here was the sever. The food was good enough that we would return but not so good that we must go back soon.

I asked if my veterinarian sushi 🍣 was cut with a different knife do to seafood allergies 😷 and I was told that they didn't know not assumed it was and I order the cheese rangoon and I question was only cheese and no meat and I was told yes and there was crab meat inside of it. The menu says cheese. Started having reactions. Thank God for epi pens. Two stars because hubby enjoyed his food. Mentioned all this to the waitress who stated that they should really change that. She refilled drinks pretty much.
