Mutsu

Izakaya restaurant ★5.0 (16)·$50–100

350 N La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90048, USA

5.0
Had the absolute pleasure of going to the opening of this GORGEOUS new gem on La Cienega. I am a big fan of Asian cuisine and ESPECAILLY anything sushi / sake / Japanese! Outside of Japan I have never seen a take on tapas like they do here at Mutsu. The food was incredible and what a collection of interesting sake. I tried for the first time a "sparkling sake" with yuzu that was amazing. The restaurant is small, only bar seating and one table with quite possibly the grooviest light suspended above if from the ceiling. Reservations are a MUST. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning ... if we can get a reservation !! - Loren Dunsworth
