Nagomiya Reviews
I am in love with this place. The food, service and atmosphere was great. I've been here 3 times in 30 days. The Ramen is 馃敟 (good). I even brought home some takeout for my husband. I had the Ramen and Katsu, Tempura(shrimp, Japanese sweet potato, pumpkin), takoyaki, kaarage fried chicken. Went back today(04/04/2025) and had the Ramen as well as the lunch special crunchy sushi. There were 3 types, tuna, yellowtail and salmon. Great experience
Apr 05, 2025 路 T CherryWhat a place to finally pop my sushi and sashimi cherry. The bell to alert the staff was very nice and you even have a curtain for some privacy. But, of course, what I cared about was the food, and that was incredibly. The sushi was rich in flavors that I'd had never quite tasted. Everything felt fresh. It's expensive, but a solid 8th date location for sure馃檹馃従
Mar 10, 2025 路 AntwanyNagomiya, the up-scale sister restaurant of Wagaya, is a great choice for traditional, authentic Japanese food in the Atlanta area, with a relaxing and chill vibe and beautiful interior. The menu is smaller and has many familiar options but a few new and delicious additions. The meals we tried were all fantastic, from the Curry to the Cold Soba, I would recommend anything we tried. We did have to wait a while for the food, but it was worth the wait. We had to end it with our favorite, the Matcha Cheesecake! Highly recommended for anyone looking for great Japanese food with a relaxing atmosphere.
Dec 19, 2024 路 Lena !!Food was fairly good. Service was friendly. Well-stocked bar. However, I did not order what I wanted because they were missing ingredients and had a line out the door of people frustrated about reservations or delivery orders. It may have been an off day, but the Pork Gyoza and tuna nigiri were pretty good.
Nov 18, 2024 路 Shelby RiceI've been going since before the big renovations and the new design was definitely a needed upgrade that now makes the meal price more worthwhile. The bento boxes and lunch specials are a great deal but don't get caught paying $10+ for the same exact meal because you got lunch during the weekend like I did, it only applies during the week. The omurice was no good, $15 and the egg was entirely cooked through, that's not even an omurice anymore. The ambience is what really takes the cake, you get a little booth where you get a privacy curtain which is a great idea and the interior design is beautiful. Katsu curry is pretty good. The ramen is really mid and you can find better elsewhere. Rolls are great.
