Friendly service, cute place, great food! We (party of 5) were able to get a table quickly at 6pm on a Sunday. The sushi was fresh and delicious, the crab fried rice (made with lots of real crab) was really good, and my son was very happy with the free kid's bento box (Sundays only). Our first time there, and we'll definitely be back!

We’ve eaten here quite a few times and the sushi is always excellent. We usually get it to go but dined in this time. Whenever we order it to go it’s ready in 20-30 minutes. Our dine in service was excellent and our server had a great personality as well as being professional. We ordered the rainbow roll, volcano roll and Neko roll. All were delicious! Sake was great too.

Not sure what happened over the months. Quality of food has gone way down. Fried rice was a huge pile of mush with little flavor. Teriyaki sauce was thick and goopy like it came from a bag. Even the sushi had mushy rice and little flavor. Prices were far too high for the quality of food. A frozen meal would have been better.Unfortunate for us. It was late and we were hungry, so we ate most of it anyway.

Tonight we elected to get our orders to go, and again, Neko knocked it out of the park! Got the order home and order was perfect. They consolidated some duplicate items, but that was fine with us, less boxes/packaging to carry. Quality/taste was no different than if we had dined in. Always a great experience at Neko!

I am not usually one to leave negative reviews, but our first experience here was awful. I would give 0 stars if possible. We arrived at 7:30 on a Sunday and waited at the door without being spoken to for about 15 minutes. A server, who was not very friendly, came and told us that she would have a table cleaned for us shortly. We were sat soon after. We ended up walking out as it was 8:10 pm and she had still not come over to our table to greet us but a couple who sat after we did had already received water and their wine. The server did not even bat an eye in our direction while we were sat. There was also a box fan blowing on two other customers and they kindly asked that it be pointed in the other direction as it was cold and she had an attitude about this. As a server myself, I can understand being busy and understaffed but the service was still unacceptable. I was very much looking forward to dining here as I had heard great things about their food, but we will not be returning.
